One of the best places to take children. We had a birthday party for a 6-year-old and it was great! Was glad to see the servers interacting with the birthday girl with games and meeting Chuck E Cheese!

This CEC has been mostly updated and is clean. It’s a classic fun place to bring kids of all ages and burn off some energy. I am always hopeful that the food will be better and the prices better. However, the $5+ cupcakes for Halloween were cute if not gourmet. Also I was concerned that there was no one to check our ultraviolet stamp on the way out.

Doesn’t have as many cool games as it Used to. The Booths are kinda only Built for Kids… Not grown Fluffy adults. But, all in all good. Bring back the Crane machines.

WOW has this place gone to hell! Do not bother! $108 for 60 minutes of games ~ 28 of the 41 games were BROKEN and completely unplayable, a pizza I had to go in to the kitchen and get myself as the 3 teens working were MIA, and Chucky’s every hour dance that all the kids were waiting on? Yeah no the teens working couldn’t be bothered to do it at all so they just stood around waiting for nothing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

Took my 3 kids, it was only $45 for 2 cards and an hr of play! While you don’t really get much from the tickets. I feel it’s just more of an add on anyway cause the children have more fun playing the games than actually getting stuff. They also have a crane ball game where you can get a spike bounce ball. Makes a nice addition if you can get one. Also, place was very clean for being a chuck e cheese!

I know COVID-19 has changed procedures however kindness & respect towards ppl should never be ignored. We came in with 6 of our grandkids. We went able to sit more than SIX at a table & we had to have a table between us. There was NO social distancing inside nor hand sanitizing anywhere. Strangers standing side by side, but 8 could not sit together in a booth. She stated we had to book a party for the long table to set together which is a ridiculous price for an afternoon out with the grandkids. She came out to talk to me & said “I’m the one you talked too & no, no more than 6 in a booth!” So disappointing

They keep it very clean here and the staff is great. There are lots of games my two 9 year olds and 7 year old really enjoy. The verdict is still out on if I prefer the old coin method to the new play pass cards though. Surprisingly, they have an awesome salad bar with a large variety of options, and you can even order 1 beer with dinner.

Honestly, I would only give this establishment a negative rating if that were possible. Upon entering the establishment we were greeted by an employee who looked rather bored and we seemed have inconvenienced him. Chuck-e-cheese has changed quite a bit since our last visit, no longer do you purchase tokens and they’re is no play area. Instead of tokens you purchase a plastic card and use it for a period of time. While they do offer three or four small ride-on toys suitable for toddlers the remainder are arcade type games. NOT FUN! Our three toddlers were bored fast. We used a coupon for $25.99 to purchase a large pizza and for drinks, then made an additional purchase of parmesan breadsticks for 5.99, and pretzel bites for 5.99, then purchased an hour of playtime. The total came to $53.77. The pizza was as close to cardboard as you can get, the bread sticks were way overdone and not served with any sauce, the pretzel bites were microwaved well. The returned to the counter to inquire about purchasing some sauce for the breadsticks, the man returns and gives me pizza sauce that just came out of the refrigerator. The cheese sauce served with the pretzels were ice cold as well. The manager of this store yelled at one of the kids (3 yrs) for bumping into a machine. Needless to say we will never return to this location in Muncie Indiana again.

The new playing card system is so much easier than carrying around so many tokens! They don’t have as much as I’m used to for prizes to choose from and the place in some areas is alittle dirty, but the staff was great! And I HATE feeding the ticket system one ticket at a time!!!!
