12/28: First time coming to this location versus the resturaunt in Downtown Montgomery.
Pretty good! I was craving potatoes, so I went and ordered the BBQ Fries with rib tips as my protein. AMAZING. Presentation and quality was above satisfaction. And the woman at the drive-thru window was very polite. Will be going back.

Dreamland BBQ is an Alabama legend—a true staple that started as a humble shack in Tuscaloosa and exploded into a statewide sensation. I’m hooked on those massive ribs ever since my Alabama days; they’re smoky, tender perfection. One nitpick: reheated ones can turn a tad dry, so nothing they can do about that—hit ’em up during lunch or dinner rush for that fresh-off-the-grill magic. Hands down, the biggest, best ribs you’ll ever devour.

I literally ordered my salad over the phone and went to the to go window and it was read within 5 mins. Panda made sure my order was correct! Had a great lunch today. We love to get the wings here. The Buffalo sauce is delicious so is the Bar-B-Que and Alabama white sauce on the wings (per my wife). The Bar-B-Que sandwich is also one of my favorites. The meat is always tender. Our waitress was excellent.

My boss and I came here for lunch and he told me to just order the ribs but I got a combo plate and I regret it. The ribs were awesome and went well with the sauce. Everyone around us was only getting the ribs.

Ribs are tough not meaty, coleslaw was dry cabbage and we ate there last night. There was one waitress working 10 tables during our the best she could and another waitress just waiting on one table giving them all of her attention.
Do not eat here- the bbq has a lot to be desired and I am not a picky person!

There were no other diners when we arrived at the end of the “lunch period”. We were greeted immediately and were able to choose our table. Once we made our decisions, drinks were served. The food was tasty, the sauce was delicious but the burnt ends were though and not edible. The ribs had the same issue down at the gristle. Otherwise, worth a visit. This travel business owner enjoys visiting and sharing with all of you.

The staff was friendly and made us feel right at home. If you’re anywhere near Montgomery and craving real, smoky, delicious BBQ—Dreamland is a must. Totally lived up to the hype. I’ll definitely be back!
