Went here on Friday with my family, and OMG…we loved our experience here at the Paramus location!! Kristy “the manager” & the staff were extremely friendly, and they treated us like royalty!! This location is a recommendation, because this store has a good felt to it, and everything was perfect to my expectations!! I haven’t been here since 2015, this location always have a good amount of staff, and always have a good warmth to it!

I’ve visited this location several times and I always have a pleasant experience. I usually visit during the early afternoon when it’s less crowded and easier for my little one. This last visit was very memorable as I witnessed the staff, specifically Andre, adhere to the very important procedure of reviewing the “entrance picture” when kids exit the restaurant. Despite one of the other staff members waving a particular man off because she seemed to be familiar with him, Andre still stopped the man and child and asked to review the pic. As a parent, I was very proud of him at the moment because following this procedure is very important. If you see Andre in the entrance/exit, I hope his presence gives feelings of safety like it did me! Thank you, Andre!

I had my son’s birthday party here today 8/2 and the state of the place was absolutely unacceptable. It was under ongoing construction, there was duct tape covering the floors and made them hazardous for children, my niece tripped and fell twice over them, and the area where the stage used to be was unfinished. There should have been some kind of notice on their website that it would be under renovations and should have been CLOSED during this time, so people would not be able to plan their parties in this construction site. I asked for some kind of discount because of the atmosphere and I certainly did not pay all that money to be in a hard-hat area, the manager Andre rudely said NO. I will never come here again. Shame on you chuck e cheese

Two weeks ago my boy got invited to his friend’s birthday party and had a lot of fun. This was the first time we visited this store and had to say that this one was one of the best chuck e cheese I’ve been. First, almost all the game machines ran well because we had bad experience before – a lot of machines in some other chuck’s store were out of order. Second, the food supply was very quick and the floor in food areas was well maintained. We had fun there!

I went early in the day around noon on a sunday, & it was nice & empty. All the games worked and the food was good, (although way too pricey for pizza). Restrooms were clean & staff was nice. I’ve been here twice & so far I’d recommend. My kids left happy & my daughter enjoyed her birthday!

This location feels much more roomy and modernized with more TV screen and the big projector screen that replaced the animatronics. Great, useful staff members and especially Andre was great help on our first visit since the renovation. Can’t wait to see this place after the final renovations!!!

First time at this particular location, and upon arriving, the staff was friendly and professional but a bit slow when it came time to pick prizes as there was a line waiting. Some of the games didn’t seem to be in working order. However, a majority of them were working fine.
