Best. Buffet. Ever. Change my mind, this place is the greatest (And most expensive) buffet I have ever been too, this place has so many good options to choose from, you can choose anything you want! Waitress was polite and respectful. She was pleasing. She would have respectful recieved a generous tip.however upon eating my custom made salad I discovered a dead fly on my lettuce leaf.I immediately stopped eating the plate., however I had shown my partner. We became grossed Out it was moved off my plate. We called the waitress over. She seemed to be upset and concerned. She told us that a Manager would be informed and would be back to talk us. The whole dinner went by until we saw the same waitress again, right off lunch. We asked her what the problem on the time? Her excuse was let me go get her. When she did come she claims that she b was never told about the dead fly and it happens all the time in the salads After this explanation we were appalled. I wanted to leave. But not after asking for some sort compensation for the inconvenience and stress. The manager who was hesitant only said that she could only do one…instead of the meal which by the way ruined my whole family’s dinner. Every one was grossed Out, and I was stressed. I don’t know why we were treated in such a way as a paying customer. That restaurant use to be my favorite family restaurant growing up. Not even on my top picks now. Thankfully Chuck a Rama has cameras posted up and can see that what we said happened exactly. With the fly in my salad. Hopefully Chuck a Rama in the future will have more empathy and have a more professional management experience.person, and a more non biased approach.

Never again! This place is horrible and disgusting. Nothing was good. The sliced beef looked good and we ended up spitting it out cause it was so tough. Parents letting their dirty booger eating heathens touch food that they didn’t put on their plates and then let their heathens run around the restaurant. Even their famous rolls were bad. Never again!

Absolutely disgusting and will NEVER return again. Visited for lunch today. Food quality and choices well below average. Cleanliness was non-existent. Our server was sick and was constantly picking her nose and wiping her running snot with her wrist. Rough crowd too; a fellow patron belched in my face over the pork ribs. I’m sorry but if this is what a “good” buffet is in Utah, then Utah clearly doesn’t know a good buffet. This was easily one of the most disgusting, depressing, and dicey restaurants I’ve ever been to. Beware of Ogden’s Barf-O-Rama! Go elsewhere!

I was embarrassed and ashamed because I know how I probably looked it had been a week and I was trying to be a good mom and I was so stressed out about medical issues and both server’s just reminded me that it was ok and human…that we were fine and I can not express how much that meant to me! I’ve been sick here 5 times. Not because of food poisoning or any of that. I was sick because I ATE TOO MUCH AMAZING FOOD!!! The price is good for the food, drinks come with the food, high quality food there’s food for everyone, whether your diabetical, or have allergies to gluten. There’s always something for you.

This location is the best location out of all of them. The staff was prompt, kind and attentive. The food is always cooked appropriately and tastes amazing! If we go to the Chuck, we visit him in Ogden because it’s the best place to be when feeding your face!!
