Stopped here on our tour of Hollywood and have to admit the poke bowl and sushi were good. The food was made pretty quick. Our server was friendly and welcoming. Could’ve been more attentive but it seems they were short staffed possibly. I recommend for a good variety of Japanese dishes and sushi

This was a good location for dinner. The food was tasty, and the “Sex on the Moon” roll was a staple! The food came out quickly, but the atmosphere felt off. The workers were quiet, and the actual restaurant was very quiet. The food was good, and we might have been there at a interesting time, but it still felt like a little under packed. It’s unfortunate because the food was quite delicious!

The sushi was so fresh! I was craving some salmon and the waitress suggested the orange blossom sushi roll – absolutely delicious. The one roll filled me up! I’d definitely come back and try some other dishes, the ramen someone else ordered looked delicious!

One would expect a Japanese restaurant to have mastered the art of rice cooking. The rice was soggy. The soup base for the noodles just doesn’t taste good. Given the location one expected the meal to be expensive and it was.

So we ended up here entirely on a whim, no knowledge of it prior to literally sitting down.

In all my years I have never been to a restaurant with such delicious food and such impeccable service. We ordered tempura, Albacore sashimi, baked sushi and for dessert tempura cheesecake and mochi ice cream. The tempura came with rice, miso soup and salad, and the salad had the most delicious ginger dressing, as well as the tempura sauce having a hint of ginger to its flavour! The albacore sashimi was delectable, very tender and melted in my mouth. The baked sushi was also delicious, as well as the desserts. The chef was even nice enough to give us a bit of extra sushi, and the servers were extremely friendly and helpful! Highly recommend, and this restaurant deserves AT LEAST 4.5 stars.

Amazing sushi and Japanese food! We got sushi rolls and poke bowls and they were outstanding. The food was so fresh and wonderfully prepared. 10/10 recommend. The drinks were yummy too. It was a bit pricey but it’s Hollywood Boulevard so if you’re expecting cheap you’re in the wrong spot. High quality

We waited for a long time before someone brought us water, and each person was charged a $3.50 seating fee. The bowls and cups weren’t cleaned properly, the portion of the dishes was small, the flavor was bland, and it didn’t match the high prices of the food.
