Cute little brunch place! Food was really good, nice portion sizes, and came out quick! Omelet was perfectly done and stuffed with veggies. Waffles were light and crisp, exactly how I like em. Our server was super friendly and attentive. Glad to find a new breakfast option!

We had a great experience on our first visit, and we will definitely be back! We both had the traditional breakfast; our eggs were cooked perfectly as ordered and the pancakes were absolutely delicious. Some of the best we have had in the area! Our server was polite and attentive. We were pleasantly surprised at how incredible the beignets were, the croissant dough makes a big difference in the best way. My only disappointment was the lack of coffee drink options as they were limited to either hot or iced coffee.

Very impressed with the service, food and atmosphere in general. A very organized seating process. Plenty of parking. Although they stated a 45 min wait, it took less than 30. Not bad for a Sunday morning. Loved the Greek avocado toast. Ham and cheese omelet with hashbrowns was delicious. Coffee kept on coming. Consistently checking on us. First time visiting and will return.

Fantastic first visit! Our waitress (Bennie was the name on our receipt) was so incredibly sweet. Our food was delicious, but she really made the whole experience so great. We ordered a tequila sunrise and Bloody Mary, both delicious! We had the honey glazed pork belly bites (6 pieces) as an appetizer. Amazing. So tender and flavorful. I ordered smothered avocado toast with feta, bacon, tomato chunks, and avocado spread on everything bagel-like seasoned bread. It came with a side of fresh fruit. The chicken fried steak was seasoned perfectly. The gravy was such a highlight of the dish. Large plate of hash browns accompanied the chicken fried steak meal, along with eggs. My daughter ordered chicken and waffles and they smelled heavenly. The waffle was light and fluffy, chicken juicy and lightly breaded. We had a great first visit and will definitely visit again soon. I am a big fan of Another Broken Egg, but I definitely put Chirps right on top with them. I love that I can stay local to Gulf Breeze now. Friendly staff, clean restaurant, lots of natural lighting, and overall great atmosphere.

Gulf Breeze needed a breakfast spot and it finally got one. Highly recommend the pork belly fried bites and green tomatoes appetizers. My chicken and waffles were decent. The waffle was a bit dry. Nothing really stood out on this menu for me. I feel as if the food and menu lacked a bit of creativity. It’s was just all to bland for me. Great Customer service.

Food was good but they were outta crawfish for some of their dishes. John our waiter was really nice and just a great waiter. I’d definitely eat here again. Great mimosas!!

I had been hearing so much buzz about Chirps so I had to check it out for myself. Yes!! What a gem!! I looked at the menu and I was already tuned up for fried green tomatoes and beignets. But, these are not just beignets, these are croissant beignets. What’s the difference? The difference is a lite, crispy texture on the outside with a soft bite in the middle, absolutely addictive. And yes, I’ve had Cafe DuMonde beignets in NOLA and dare I say Chirps is better in my opinion. The fried green tomatoes were also lite and airy, to die for. We also ordered the meat lovers omelet which was cooked perfectly. I’m one of those omelet snobs that hates when it’s cooked until the eggs are brown, this was perfect. The Southern breakfast had home style potatoes (were just a tad salty), 2 perfectly cooked over medium eggs, turkey sausage and a biscuit. Also, had to have pineapple mimosas, after all it was New Years Day! Lol! Overall, I really enjoyed my breakfast not to mention a wonderful environment and such friendly service! Great place, don’t make the mistake of not visiting, you will love it. ❤️
