Came here today to get a bowl, they are EXTREMELY STINGY. They also cut down on the steak, it used to be good sized chunks of steak, but now its little bits and pieces. For the guacamole, you’re paying $3+ for HALF A SCOOP not even a full scoop. I was watching them make the bowls for the people in front of my while we were waiting and they also got half scoops of everything. I paid $17 for a bowl with bits of steak and half a scoop of guac. THEY ALSO CHARGED ME $3 FOR AN EXTRA SCOOP OF RICE?? I understand if it was meat or something but rice? The worker has got to be new or something but really? Every time I come here its a disappointment. I wouldn’t even be surprised if they shut down one day judging from the reviews. They gotta do better smh

Trash . They run out of things like cheese and say they have no-more for the night and they are still open for another hour . Just close at 9 if you’re going to not have things after 9. Then if you are going to be out of something and someone has to substitute don’t charge them extra . Poor customer service . If a customer has to change their order because of you being out of something don’t charge them extra for it . Just dumb

The dude served the chicken like it came out of his paycheck. He then stared at me as if I’m bothering him. I’ve gotten skimped before on the one scoop but this one takes the crown. If they want to be stingy with charging an extra dollar or so then they should also deduct a dollar if they’re going to skimp.

This is the last Chipotle around my area that is actually decent. But I was just in there and that’s the last time I’ll be coming to this one. The server made me a steak bowl that wouldn’t have even been enough to feed a small child. You could count every single ingredient in it. Even the steak had about 5 pieces in it. It’s highly unfortunate because I go there often, but I will not be spending 15-17 dollars for a meal I can eat in 3-4 bites. Highly disappointed with this. At least make your servings fair

Pick-up experience is exceptionally good in THIS Chipotle. I think they are not letting people get their order from the pick-up-shelf anymore but still, it was ready when I arrived. Well, I usually arrive 10-15 later than the estimated time but still. I ordered 4 times this month and they were all great.

You can go into order. You have to use the online platform which states a lot of their options are not available. I tried to use the QR code at the door and it didn’t work. Tried to call to see if they really were out of steak and chicken. You can get a hold of a person. It’s a automated person and a chat. Just ended up going to a near by restaurant that allows you to order inside. I don’t understand why you would be allowed to order inside and then wait outside.

Super annoyed. Placed a group doordash order for a volunteer event I was hosting. 20 mins after I placed the order they just canceled it. No reason, no way to contact anyone. I was having guests over and there was no way for me to make other arrangements. Honestly why would I ever order from there again?
