I placed an order Togo and they put sliced cheese on my bowl instead of grated. I have never seen this before but obviously they do not care about there Togo orders. Try calling, do not expect to talk to anyone, they use an automated message system which makes it impossible to express your concerns

Nice and clean location with friendly team members. Very helpful with recommendations and super quick. No long lines. They have rices cauliflower now which is super cool. We got the Bowl and a burrito. wish my steak wasn’t cold though. That was a bummer.

Chipotle is a solid spot for a quick and healthy meal. The food is fresh and flavorful, the portions are generous, and the staff is friendly and efficient. However, the prices are a bit high for what you get. The portions are huge which helps justify the price. Hope this helps

I had a carnitas salad with pintos, mild salsa, guacamole, and a sprinkle of cheese. The atmosphere rating should be N/A at this location because it’s a mall food court, but it appeared clean, and there was plenty of seating.

Every time they keep reducing the portions on the bowl. Last time when they served half of Barbacoa that they usually serve, I called them out and the person in charge basically told me that it is what it is take or leave it, and I believe I would buy from this location again. Really terrible service.

I always get their salad bowl with a bag of chips. They seem to forget to include the salad dressing, or sometime the bag of chips. Make sure to check your “to go” bag before you leave!!!
