Serving portions were good when I said double the sides. My thing that I’m very upset is that when I asked I want half and half protein they double charged me. I emphasized it 3 times. No attention to details. The sad thing that is I didn’t notice till we were gone from the restaurant and had left. I mean it makes sense with the bad reviews they have here. Hope management fixes what’s going on here.

Small portion sizes have become depressing. They scoop half a ladle of rice and half for beans now. I asked for more and they said they’re charging more now if you ask. I was charged extra for what used to be a regular size burrito. See photo.

This is unbelievable I order DoorDash and got a burrito salad bowl and only had 6 pieces of meat. There is no way they treat their online orders like this. I DO NOT RECOMMEND order from this terrible place!!

I’ve been to other Chipotle restaurants and had a much better experience. The food was pretty good, but our chips were so stale we couldn’t eat them. The tacos I had were pretty good, and they were prepared fast! The one thing that turned me off the most was how filthy the store was. We picked the cleanest table and there still was food on it. The garbage was overflowing, and the floor was filthy. If it wasn’t for how friendly the cashier was, I would have given a much lower rating.

I’ve tried to give this location chance after chance to redeem themselves. I understand they’re relatively new, but the service and the food is to a point where it’s inexcusable. I order Chipotle semi frequently and my order is wrong around 50% of the time. I’m sorry, but that’s just completely ridiculous. The incompetence is pretty unbelievable. Most of the time I don’t care that much about a missing topping or a random additional topping is usually fine, but it’s so frequent, it’s annoying. My wife is dairy free and they’ve added sour cream or cheese to her order twice now. She can’t just eat it like I would and so we have to drive back so they can fix their mistake. It’s really not that difficult guys. I used to work at a pizza joint for 3 years and so I have sympathy for a lot of food workers, but this is just unacceptable. Wont be coming back here

The employees need to wear name badges, because most of them have no customer service skills. Very rude, straightforward, and unfriendly towards people. The quality of food is what you would expect from most Chipotles nowadays. Good to enough to eat, but not actually enjoy it. Go at your own risk, but expect to be treated like you’re a cow being herded or ready to be slaughtered. Not sure if there is even any management that runs the place, or if they just don’t care about their customers/business. This place will probably be gone if they don’t improve drastically.

I love chipotle but I’ve been disappointed in this one. I almost always order crispy tacos and now twice ive gone and they were out of the crispy shells. My most recent visit the store was a mess. All the tables were dirty and floors and there were hardly any customers and the workers were standing around talking rather than making sure the lobby and tables were clean.

The best Chipotle Experience Ever!!! Shout Out to Lauri who served us some very delicious food and customer service was ON POINT!!! Seriously the General Manager should give her a raise, well deserved! I ordered a steak bowl and my wife a chicken bowl and they were the best bowls we’ve had in a while, the Guac was my favorite part. Overall 10/10 experience especially with Lauri on the line. Very pleased and satisfied experience. 100% recommend @Chipotle @GeneralManager from this Saratoga Springs Chipotle and the Boss of them all Lauri Thank You!!!!
