If I can give zero stars I would, but unfortunately Google makes you give at least one so that’s all they’re getting. This was ridiculous. There was no meat. The chips were burnt and there was only like 20 chips. It was horrible. I will definitely go to Taco Bell before I ever come here again horrible. They need to get their lives together. Learn how to serve their customers. if I wanted just rice and beans, I could’ve made that at home for $1.50

Chipotle is a convenient and fast restaurant that delivers generous portions with plenty of customization for an affordable price. The portion sizes at chipotle are quite generous for their price, a single meal can count as an entire meal for the average person so if you want a delicious mexican burrito, bowl, or quesadilla then Chipotle is the go-to place for quick and high quality meal that costs around $10 a meal. The Saratoga Springs location is neatly tucked in the Smiths area and has a welcoming atmosphere with a modern yet warm design. At Chipotle you have plenty of options when it comes to customizing your entire meal, you can get plenty of amazing protein options and delicious secondary addons. Some of the options you can pick from are Chicken, Steak, Sofritas (plant-based), Carnitas(pork). Some of the other addons are different salas, like the Tomatillo-green and red salsas, Roasted chili-corn salsa, and the fresh tomato salsa. The Tomato salsa and the Corn salsa are probably the best addons that you could choose. While the store itself has a cool vibe you can skip all of the waiting in store and order on the online app. The app lets order ahead of the line and collect points for a wide variety of redeemable rewards. After you sit down and begin to eat you don’t have to worry about the food itself being cheap fast food quality meals, Chipotle strives on delivering fresh and high quality food. Chipotle does not freeze any of their food and it is delivered each day to provide that classic fresh taste you can expect every time you go to their restaurant. Chipotle is my current favorite restaurant, it has very filling and high quality food that I like to get after going to the gym. I would recommend getting 2x beans, rice, protein (cost around $4 extra) and double tomato and corn salsas. That combo is the best bang for your buck as you get a very large meal that you can save for later.

I had picked up a couple of burritos at this location and they were out of a few of the ingredients and they barely put any meat inside. The beans were oddly dry and undercooked. It was about half the size of all if the other burritos ive eaten at the lehi location. And it just didnt seem like this location valued quality or customer satisfaction. I will never be going to this location again. Please do not come here if you would like to enjoy a burrito.

If I could give one star I would. Our experience here was absolutely horrible. I r walked in and there was a puddle of water on the floor that was left, every single table had food all over it, and the ground hadn’t been swept. When we went to order our food all of the tins were nearly empty which means the food had been sitting in there for who knows how long. Instead of getting fresh meat, beans, etc, the workers proceeded to give all of the bottom of the barrel food. My husband noticed a pice of steak that was raw and had a huge cartilage running through it. I was so grossed out by my meal I asked them to make me a new one and she proceeded to apologize and say the morning shift was understaffed and had a hard time. I was so grossed out by the food I had to let everyone else know to avoid this restaurant at all costs.

I ordered two items online around 8:20pm. I arrived and then the employees told me to wait so I did…The store was not busy and I watched as people would come in and order at the counter and instantly get their food. I thought ordering online was meant to “skip the line” not have the line skip you.
Finally get my order one hour after ordering!!

Horrible Experience!! They do not want to see anybody come into the restaurant and they definitely do not treat customers with respect. We all know they hate working every time we walk into the store but I put up with it because I like the food. They make customers wait while they just talk. Horrible attitude and laziness all around. I always put up with their laziness. however, the girl making my burrito gave me attitude because I forgot to tell her I wanted sauce on the burrito. She refused to put it inside even though I asked her to. She just said, I wrapped it so I will just put it on the side. When I insisted, she corrected me and said I should have told her before she wrapped it. Was she expecting me to say sorry to her? Who does she think she is? Correcting clients and telling them how to order… then she denied what she said when I called her out on it. The manager was no help at all. A total lack of care. You guys are horrible!!

They have really skimpy portions. This is the most empty I’ve ever seen a bowl loaded. The kid working was definitely trained to shake the meat off the spoon while serving it. The manager here is trying to save money by skimping on his customers. It’s no wonder this is the lowest rated Chipotle I’ve ever seen. 2.7 stars? Really? That is pitiful. Change your ways

I did a pick up order, service was fine. When i got home and opened my bowls- one was fine with right ingredients and full. My bowl tho- had the wrong ingredients, looks half eaten.. disgusting! This was my first time at this location and will 1000% be my last time, because what the hell is this??? + i paid extra for my guacamole im no satisfied and the online chat bot was no help
