The cashier Naury/Naurys had such an unpleasant demeanor that I didn’t know that the order number printed on the receipt is not the order number they call. They call the number that they scribble on the receipt. I sat there for 30 mins waiting for a cheese burger . Mind you I sat right in front of the place. There weren’t a lot of customers, so I’m sure they knew who ordered what. Every time a woman called out number 16, while I am thinking I am number five, we make eye contact.After waiting for 30 minutes I got up and told that I have been waiting for 30 minutes for my burger. I Show them my receipt and unfortunately, I was waiting and listening for the wrong number. My food was already wrapped up in a to go bag. I also noticed that the chef was coughing a lot and was not wearing a mask. If you KNOW it’s my food, just wave me over…or if the cashier with the nasty attitude would have told me the actual number on they would have been calling that would have been helpful too. It wasn’t just me, another man was waiting and confused by this as well. He was looking at the register printed order # as well. My lukewarm burger was cool though , but service was trash ️

So they are racist & And they discriminated me because I don’t EAT PORK . When I asked him to clean the grill and change their gloves, food, health, safety wise trust examination they told me they would not serve me. You told me to leave and And refuse my money for me. Getting some food for me and my kids because we do not eat pork so they discriminated me because I don’t eat PORK !! Do Not giving them no business or No service !!

The menu online is a total lie. This place is something to eat inside of a casino. It’s not an authentic diner. Milkshakes look nothing as displayed, and the taste reflects it. Several people’s orders were wrong. First and Last time visiting.

Ordered delivery, but it came piping hot since they’re close by. Patty Melt? Perfection. Cheesy, onions grilled to perfection, buttery grilled rye bread..Nirvana. Can’t speak for the chicken tenders since I didn’t try them, but they look great.
But the fries. Three orders of their shoestring potatoes, every last one undercooked. Pale, pale cream colored and floppy, not even close to crisped. Crispy shoestrings would have made this a fab meal.

Everytime I come to AC, I make sure to go to Ruby’s for their corned beef hash! I also tried their wings for the first time and it was really good. They were super crispy and honestly didn’t need any sauce in it. Only thing Ruby lacks is service. They usually only have one cashier and sometimes there’s no one even standing in front of the register. The food also takes a very long time to come out and workers work in a slow pace. If they worked on the service a bit more, it’ll be a better experience.

My burger, fries, drink and chicken tenders were $27 but add $10 for fees and tip for delivery thru Caviar. The fries were cold, floppy, and soft. Disgusting. I guess the burger was fine as my kid didn’t complain. I paid $12+ for 4 kid style chicken tenders, which were breaded processed meat. The price for a pound of fresh/raw skinless tenders at a grocery store is $5-7. Why am I paying $12 for freezer section tenders? They loaded the bag with ketchup, salt n pepper because they knew when they sent that food out that it was subpar. I’ll look elsewhere the next time I need a quick, easy meal in Atl. City.
