This chipotle consistently fails to get online orders right. It’s not uncommon to order online and arrive at the estimated time and find they haven’t started it. Meanwhile only one or two people are physically in line at the restaurant, indicating they don’t know yet how to actually fulfill online orders- which is hard to believe in the post-COVID world. Seems to be a management issue.

Four different employees made me feel like I was crazy for ordering a bean and cheese taco. They just stared at me and tried to hand me bare tortillas and beans and cheese in little cups. When I asked them to please put the beans and cheese on the tortillas, they exasperatedly told me they’d have to charge me for a vegetarian taco. That’s fine? I mean, charge whatever you want, just give me the food I order and don’t make me feel like I’m doing something wrong by ordering it. It’s a bean and cheese taco; I didn’t order something complicated or unusual.

After being told my food was ready on the app and then being told in person to wait, I waited bc people get busy. After 30 mins and not a single effort of eye contact from the crew, I got in line, had a bowl made, and my name still hadn’t been called for takeout. The cashier was understanding and didn’t fight me on my “prepaid” status, but this is the worst location for takeout. This location is either rigging their turnover metrics for corporate approval or just flat out doesn’t know how to manage online orders.

This location doesn’t seem to be able to handle the volume of orders they are receiving. I went to eat in person, line took an inordinately long time because they were making multiple online orders between every in-person order. Probably 15 people standing around waiting for online orders that weren’t ready yet. When my order was prepared, sitting there on the counter getting cold, I had to just stand there waiting around for several minutes because the cashier was not present, they were too busy trying to bring out online orders. No napkins available anywhere in the restaurant except behind the counter, but none were given to me with my order. Had to go back up and ask for them once I realized there were none that I could access. Also, no hot sauces available, all being used. Burrito still tasted decent although I would have preferred it with hot sauce.

This chipotle is understaffed and not properly equipped for online ordering. I ordered my food at 1:30 and didn’t bother showing up until 1:45 because I knew my food wouldn’t be ready. Changes need to be made. It’s ridiculous and embarrassing.

I am visiting Austin from Chicago. I love Chipotle so I gpogle the one nearest me. I go in ask for white rice, there is a pan with scraps in it and a fresh pan. The cashier gives me the one with the scraps in it. I ask for extra steak she throws it on there. I ask for a little corn and she gives me a very spoon full. I said to her I asked for a little, her response was anything else. I do not like poor customer service so I walked out. After I walked out, I thought to myself this behavior needs to be reported. I walked back in and asked for a manager, the response was he stepped out as she rolled her eyes. Now I have to find another restaurant to patronize due to this horrible experience.

This Chipotle has the best Pollo Asado I have ever tried, Gosh, this was soo good! Definitely recommend it, they might be understaffed but the food is really tasty, thank you.

They no longer have spoons which is odd but not the worst thing. The burrito bowls are a bit trickier to eat with a fork but not unmanageable

Good luck trying to get your order on time and with any help/awareness from the team at the Westbank location. We ordered our food online on our way home from round rock. We arrived, food is not ready while another client that had the same pick up time got his food then we ended up waiting while 19 people get helped before then get our order got prepared. No one was willing to help prepare our food while everyone else was served. Eventually got our food but 30 minutes after the original pick up time.

Ordered food on the app. Went in, and it was ready! Fantastic! Unfortunately, my son decided after the app order that he wanted a burrito too. One would think, “No problem!” We’ll walk in and grab one quickly to go. FAT CHANCE THERE! There was only one person in line, so I got excited, thinking I’d be out of there in a jiffy. The service was super slow for her, but I was patient and didn’t roll my eyes once! After what seemed like forever, it was my turn! I rehearsed what I was going to ask for at least a dozen times, and I was READY! Well, unfortunately, they weren’t ready for me. I silently watched as the worker started grabbing app order receipts off the wall. He began making the app burritos as I stood, less than 2 feet in front of him, staring at him. He did not acknowledge me whatsoever. Now here’s the kicker–a second worker came over, “My savior!” I thought. Yeah right! She grabbed a receipt and started making an app order. Ugggh, the eye rolling started and I debated whether I should just leave. I waited for each of them to make 2 orders. Finally, I gave my order and was able to leave the store 16 minutes after entering. For ONE BURRITO.
