Im agitated, when you go to a restaurant you expect them to grill or toast a quesadilla, not flipping microwave it, and they acted like im the crazy inconvenient one asking for it to be done properly. When I was given my oven heated food the woman defended herself and did not apologize and tossed my food down on the table.

I was in Butte for a week at a conference. I was searching each night for some delicious vegan options that were relatively fresh. I am so bummed I found this place near the end of my trip because this is, HANDS DOWN, the best food I had in Butte!
For the vegans, you might have to ask some extra questions about the sauces, my guys didn’t know if the ranch was made with buttermilk… but it was easy enough to steer clear of the questionable sauces.
Great food, great service, great prices, and great atmosphere. I will be back if I come back to Butte!

Butte’s Best Mexican Food! Owned and operated by a local family, this is my destination when craving Mexican food. The quality of the ingredients separate it from the big chains, and the staff behind the counter have worked there for years, which says a lot about the culture of the restaurant. They’re always mixing it up with specials and new ingredients, the recent addition pickled onions has been tremendous! They have brownies for dessert that you’ll only find at Taco Del Sol, and the value here is exceptional!

Went in for the first time since moving to Illinois… This is the BEST taco place I’ve experienced. Payton, or Megan, not sure which one (couldn’t hear very well) but she really helped me today. She was very polite, kept her focus on me, invited me in the store and gave a warm welcome. Can’t thank her and the rest of staff enough!! Very much recommend!!!

Really enjoyed this place and the normal portion sizes. Great drink selection. What I found unique was being able to pick lettuce, rice, or raw cabbage as the base (or a mix of them). I really liked that! I had a veggie burrito bowl and everything was nice and fresh looking and tasting.

Wow, I just ate lunch here, and it was so delicious. Beats Chipotle any day. My chicken burrito was exceptional in every way. The service was great, the price was very reasonable, and the atmosphere was just right. Thank you for a most pleasant dining experience!

I’ve lived in this town my whole life, and Taco Del Sol has remained unrivaled for best tacos in Butte.
My partner and I have been celebrating taco tuesday at this establishment for a month or so; it’s been a lively pop of color to look forward to each week. These guys always knock it out of the park- great food (love the ground beef & pico) great atmosphere, including a more quiet seating area, and always top notch service.
I was overcharged once, so id recommend double checking your receipts, but I didn’t catch it for a few days so i consider myself at-fault. I absolutely believe these lovely people would have happily rectified the situation had I brought it to them.
Overall, i highly recommend this restaurant. even if they mess it up, which they are very unlikely to do, they ALWAYS make it right.
