This place is the worse Chipotle I have ever been to in my life and it’s brand new! The place is filthy, the water doesn’t even work in the sinks in the restrooms! I asked for a little sour cream and the guy put so much my food wasn’t even edible, it was literally dripping out my burrito. They were out of steak, brown rice, queso, all the drinks were empty, it was just sad. All the other reviews are accurate, this place needs help!!!!

I have never had a good experience with this Chipotle. This is probably the worst of my experiences. There wasn’t even an attempt to put this burrito together well — I even got it double wrapped with an extra tortilla to ensure it would be a tight wrap. This will be my last time ordering food from the the McCain Chipotle.

This is the second time I’ve been to this location since it opened. The first time they were out of just about everything and it wasn’t even close to closing time. The last time it was 2 hours before closing and not only were they out of almost half of the food but it was not clean inside. They had no veggies, barely any steak, no chicken, no brown rice, etc. The drink area in front of check out had shredded cheese in the bottom of it and there were barely drinks in it. I did call the manager the next day and he blamed it on low staffing….there was close to 8 staff members in there at the time if not more. The lines weren’t extremely long so low staffing was a poor excuse. Going forward I’ll rather drive 20 minutes from my home to a cleaner and better location vs 5 minutes to get the service I’ve gotten here twice already at a new location!

The only way to fix this train wreck of a restaurant is to fire the manager and maybe everyone on staff. When we arrived, it became very evident that NOTHING had been cleaned. Tables were dirty, trash overflowing, and beverage spills all over the counters. From what I saw, the employee responsible for cleaning was too busy loitering behind the counter flirting with the female employees. The employees responsible for the food line were too busy making inside jokes to pay attention to the customers they were serving. I don’t know what the cooks we’re doing, but they were clearly too busy doing something else because several popular food items were unavailable. Unheard of for a Chipotle. My wife and I were excited to have a Chipotle in our neighborhood, but we will never visit again and I recommend everyone else steer clear as well.

Honestly, I am not an entitled customer and I’m pretty satisfied as long as the workers are friendly. I frequent here and they have never ran out of what I usually get, that is the tofu bowl. The only minor complaints I have would be that they don’t have salt and pepper shakers anymore and that the drink station is a mess at times, however; that drink station being sloppy isn’t even their fault. It’s the customers that throw around everything and leave trash. All in all, this is probably one of the better lunch/dinner spots to grab a predictable, healthy, delicious meal.

The place is new and nice from the outside. Fairly newer building. We didn’t go in, so I am unsure how the inside looks. We had a pick up order thru drive thru. After arriving to pick up an order we ordered online. The worker came to the window to say she wasn’t sure when our again( preordered online)order would be ready. After about 45 minutes she came back to say she didn’t have half of the things we ordered. Well that’s just great. Seeing as half the workers were all just standing around, and we could have been informed that at first. Will or Wale (the worker that says he is the manager) whatever his name is need, to go work at a zoo. Due to his behavior, he acted like an animal when he came to the window. The other employee’s…… I rather not say. The wait time here is awful. We waited wayyyyyyy over the time to get our order that was placed online and paid for. We didn’t want to go thru the hassle of canceling and waiting somewhere else so we just waited. It was definitely not worth the wait. The queso was cold and the burrito was hard. The other food ordered was okay. Wish I could say it was at least decent food after the long wait. The wait time needs some Work, the food quality and MOST DEFINITELY the employees and the Will or Wale guy (that says he is over others) need more training. I definitely will NEVER order here again. Good luck you all. To management please don’t comment under my comment if you are not going to fix the problem. No one wants to see the auto reply if nothing is going to be done about the problem. I come here a lot after my work out, the food is great, the manager/employees are very nice. I’ve never had a problem. I’m so glad they finally have a chipotle close to home now. Definitely recommend!

My burrito was small. It was barely larger than an 12oz soda can. In addition it was cold. There was so much extra tortilla due to the lack of content it was very chewy. The burrito was mostly lettuce and salsa. For a $10 entree I expect more. Adding chips and soda make it $15 plus. For that price I could get two 2 topping pizzas at dominos. I don’t know if it’s the franchise effect but chipotle used to be good. You’re better of going to an authentic Mexican spot.

Has to be the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to! I ordered through the mobile app. The food was half way filled on the bowl with 3 pieces of lettuce. Also, they forgot to put an order of chips in the bag when there’s specific instructions on the receipt for what was ordered.
