Alec made my pizza. The site did not correctly put that I wanted pepperoni and he remade everything. He had excellent customer service and was very easy to talk to. He even offered me a complimentary container of red pepper flakes for the site messing up. If u could I would give him 5 stars!

We ordered from this location on Friday night, 12/5 and both my husband and I have been on the toilet ALL weekend. We both have had terrible stomach issues after eating here and I will never order from this location or order pizza hut again. I am pretty sure we both have food poisoning. Be careful!

I am quick to let someone know when something is wrong so I have to also complement when something is right. This was the best pizza and breadsticks I have had in a very long time. The pizza being delivered was so hot the cheese trailed when picked up out of box. I stopped using Pizza Hut for a very long time due to quality issues at several locations. I’ve used this one twice recently and it has been exceptional. Thank you!!

The manager was nice, but the other girl had an attitude problem. I ordered online and was quoted 9pm for it to arrive. When I got home at 8pm my pizza was sitting on the wet doormat on my porch in the rain and it was cold. Ended up getting a remake but at first was told they would have to refund and then charge my card again! Thankfully the manager on shift worked around having to do that, but I probably won’t be ordering from here again or I will just do pick up instead. Why does something always happen with my order when I pre tip on a card?

This Pizza Hut location on Creighton Road consistently delivers fresh, hot food. My orders are almost always ready at or before the promised time, and the staff is friendly and eager to go the extra mile. I choose this location more than any other pizza place or Pizza Hut because it’s convenient and right in my neighborhood. The quality of the food is outstanding, which is why I prefer them over other pizza chains in the area.

this is the worse food restaurant on earth the service was bad, the delivery was bad and the night shift manager Ashley is even worse especially her attitude and rudeness. my pizzas was supposed to be delivered at 8:28 which it never did and i ended up having to drive there myself to pick up my own delivery order. I have always loved Pizza Hut and was the only pizza restaurant i would go to until tonight. Not only was my girlfriend and i treated rudely and had to go and pick up our order that was placed as a delivery order but the pizzas were not the ones we even ordered but didn’t call the restaurant because we didn’t want to deal with the rudest manager named Ashley. I served my country in the United States Marines for 22 years and I’ve never dealt with so much disrespect than i did tonight. If you want lousy service, want to pick up your order when you placed it to be delivered to you, want to be lied to, receive the incorrect pizzas then make sure you come to this location when a manager named Ashley is working she’ll meet all of these expectations and then some.
So i called back this morning and asked to speak with the general manager because i was told by Ashley the manager that she’d be in at 9am but when I called i spoke to a manager named Patrick and he v told me that Ashley has had a couple of corrective talkings to but they still continue to employ her knowing she has issues with not only running her shift but with her attitude and customer service skills. But wait it gets even worse when I was trying to explain the situation to the manager named Patrick he repeatedly kept talking over me and when i respectfully asked him not to talk over me his exact words were and I quote ” yes i will talk over you” and when i asked for their district manager’s name he refused to give it to me and then hung up on me so when i called back to ask for his name he wouldn’t give it to me and hung up so i then had to call back from a different number and pretend to place an order just to find out his name. This pizza hut location is a freaking joke what gm let’s her managers treat their customers like this. She apparently doesn’t care or has no control of her employees.
