I am quick to let someone know when something is wrong so I have to also complement when something is right. This was the best pizza and breadsticks I have had in a very long time. The pizza being delivered was so hot the cheese trailed when picked up out of box. I stopped using Pizza Hut for a very long time due to quality issues at several locations. I’ve used this one twice recently and it has been exceptional. Thank you!!

The manager was nice, but the other girl had an attitude problem. I ordered online and was quoted 9pm for it to arrive. When I got home at 8pm my pizza was sitting on the wet doormat on my porch in the rain and it was cold. Ended up getting a remake but at first was told they would have to refund and then charge my card again! Thankfully the manager on shift worked around having to do that, but I probably won’t be ordering from here again or I will just do pick up instead. Why does something always happen with my order when I pre tip on a card?

The gentleman at the counter today was extremely rude. Decided instead from now on to order any other pizza than this BRAND. Used to work for Pizza hut and if my manager had seen how rude this guy was he would’ve not had the best day. Customer service is a HUGE deal. Pizza hut at THIS LOCATION…NEVER AGAIN.

I have to say I’ve had a couple bad experiences with this Pizza Hut and I was reluctant to order tonight, but they’ve definitely hired a better team and my order was perfect!!! All the team was working hard to insure quality to all its customers and everyone working was nice dealing with the chaotic Friday night madness; plus my family is very pleased with our big box order!! I will definitely not be reluctant to order from here on out!!

I ordered the XL pizza and should have gotten it delivered an hour prior , I called pizza hut to see what was going on and then the manager said that they were backed up and the systems were down . They eventually delivered my pizza close to 2 hours later and the pizza looked as if it had been sitting for 2 hours or more . The pizza was very dried out and hard . The manager claims that they had so many orders all at once . Lol I’ve never heard that excuse before . So the pizza sat in the oven until it was thrown away the next day .
