I haven’t been in here when a table is not dirty. I ordered a quesadilla, the machine does not get hot enough or long enough, the cheese is still solid. And don’t order double protein. It’s a literal 4 pieces for a ridiculous up charge.

I walked in good customer service just the manger that was serving me was very very cheap! He barely put a quarter spoon of rice and beans, then I asked him to put more because there was nothing in the bowl! He literally put two pieces of rice! It was so bad to the point I had to ask one of the employees to add some more then finally gave me a not bad bowl!

Went to this chipotle with my friends. First of all we walked in and the kid taking our order put large queso cups in his shirt and everytime he to the next step he was lifting them up and kept touching his chest. Second of all when we got back to our table my friend was eating her food and she noticed two pieces of raw pink steak in her bowl. Absolutely disgusting… that is a risk of food poisoning. I’m not sure who runs this place but you all need to get in check because this is ridiculous…

I was having a very rough day which was very clear to anybody who encountered me. The staff was so welcoming and so genuine and so nice they made me smile. This the best place for food and customer service! The manager is also so personable and treats his crew so wonderful – they restored my faith that there is kind people out there!

Walked in to order steak bowls for my kids. I sat there for about 3-5 minutes without any help. I was the only person standing in line when a gentlemen said can I help you. I didn’t even know he was talking to me because he was in the middle working, not in front of me. I asked if he was talking to me and he said what can I get you. I said 2 steak bowls. He literally walked away without warning. I had no idea where he went. Just disappeared. I sat there and wondered if I should just have walked out. He comes back and picks you where he left off. I said can I have a little extra steak please. He had absolutely zero personality and in a rush and seemed angry and very aggravated being at work, like he was taking his frustrations out on me. I go to pay and he said $41!!! For 2 freaking steak bowls. I about choked. I said wait did you charge me correctly. He said yep, extra steak. His name was TIM HOLM. I honestly felt he was looking for a fight. I paid the bill but will never set foot in that place again. Actually they had no business so I’m sure they’ll be closing soon with the way they treat their customers. Horrible customer service. We are paying you for a service, do your job TIM with a smile or get out of the industry and don’t work with the public. Worst Chipotle ever!!

Placed an online order through the app, order confirmation number 37D-TA3. One of the entrees on there was a DOUBLE chicken Al pastor bowl and there wasn’t any chicken on there. Paid for a $16 bowl with no meat on it. Guess I need to start opening all the entrees in store to make sure they have everything on there before leaving, had a great lunch! Never again.

This used to be my favorite chipotle in the area. I used to eat here 2-3 times a week. But after my recent visit I am so disappointed. I walked in at 11:10 placed my order and by the time I got home (5 minute drive) The food was already cold. The store opens at 10:45 I don’t understand how it’s possible for food to be freezing cold that quickly. Not only was the Romain lettuce they had available all wilted and the food lacked serious flavor.

I don’t appreciate paying almost 13 dollars for one burrito bowl only to find the workers were stingy with the portions especially the chicken. Then if you want a small bag of tortilla chips it’s another $1.80 plus tax. That should be complimentary!
