I don’t usually write reviews, but today I felt I had to. While ordering, older dude the manager (I’m assuming) was extremely rude and made multiple snide, sarcastic comments. I understand everyone has off days, but the tone was unprofessional and uncomfortable—especially coming from a manager, who should be setting the standard for customer service.

Just went to this location to get a burrito and the worker refused to put 2-3 more pieces of steak in my SAD SMALL burrito. He said “NO I CAN NOT, YOU CAN TAKE WHAT IM GIVING U OR YOU CAN PAY FOR DOUBLE STEAK” why should I have to pay double when you’re scamming me??? You’re not even giving me a full portion. Had I not been on my lunch break I would have laughed in his face and told him to toss the food bc I’m not paying for it. Very funny that the Chipotle CEO said that the portions would be fixed after so many complaints about the portions in 2024-2025. Is the steak coming out your check??? Disgusting behavior and extremely rude. I will NEVER be going back and after this chipotle won’t see a dime from me.

They were so slammed today. It was the buy one get one. I wanted to say the workers named Maria or maiya (I’m sorry I’m trying to remember her name, she was the one who put my lettuce on) and Tristen were super sweet! Not one to usally complain but I ordered carne asada for my meat and got the tiniest scoop and then when I asked for more I got charged double . $16 for a burrito and you skimp out on most important part .

Steak bowl great as always, ordered 2 extra orders of tortilla at i beleive. 50 cents each, got home with 1 tortilla total. Not a huge deal had extra tortilla at home but I did get charged for 2 extras and didn’t get.
Update umm they gave me a free double protein upgrade, good luck redeeming it. Clicked redeem from so many screens hell I’m going with Pizza now cause i burned so many calories trying to get a reward that they wont give me. To much time wasted and I’m guessing bait and switch. Folks, making rewards almost unclaimable , nice move for Corp. We’ll done ✔️

Went to this chipotle with my friends. First of all we walked in and the kid taking our order put large queso cups in his shirt and everytime he to the next step he was lifting them up and kept touching his chest. Second of all when we got back to our table my friend was eating her food and she noticed two pieces of raw pink steak in her bowl. Absolutely disgusting… that is a risk of food poisoning. I’m not sure who runs this place but you all need to get in check because this is ridiculous…
