One of my fav places my family likes to eat at…but this time Mother’s Day weekend had a bad experience at this location. Ordered it in store for pick up. I was disappointed at how my order was packed. Very impatient staff, did not pause to hear how I wanted it. And worst of all, was literally “dumping” the food without respect onto the bowl! And the tightly rolled tortillas, were dry and tough. The pic speaks for itself. Just not appetizing at-all. To top it, the quantity seemed lesser than usual. When asked, the staff unfriendly about it. They argued. Me talking through all this with a friendly smile, didn’t seem to make any difference anyway!

Now I know staffing has impacted many things in regards to quantity and time management and I am totally okay and understanding of that but when you serve guacamole that has turned brown due to it not being fresh that’s just a quality issue which is a controllable. Very disappointed with quality. Will give another chance on a different day.

This place is usually pretty awesome but tonight there is only one person making everyone’s food while everyone else is standing around talking or on their phones. They keep telling people there is no white rice and are substituting with brown rice. Our food is almost 20 minutes late on when the order was supposed to be filled. They are supposed to be open until 8 but keep telling people they are out of certain food and are already cleaning up to leave. I might start using a different chipotle or not even come back at all. I am also not okay with my burrito only having half of the items I ordered and it is so small it’s almost not even worth eating.

I stop by this location on my way home from work about once a week . I order a burrito bowl and a side of guacamole through the app for pickup. The quac today was straight brown and runny. $3 for a side of guacamole and they give me this trash it’s easy to say I won’t be returning.

The BEST chipotle experience I’ve ever had. Whoever was working 3/16/23 evening, you did a fantastic job! Preordered online, it was ready on time and the order was perfect. The guac was hands down the best version I’ve had and the chips were crunchy/salty! Delicious!

I love Chipotle! Keeping it healthy always! The rice bowl with sofritas is my to-go! Friendly staff great service! Come in and dine or take it out! The Chipotle app is a great tool for dash in and zoom out days! Great offers on app from time to time.

That how much freaking meat i got. I order a half and half and they didn’t even put chicken in it. Not once not twice but 3rd time. I am done with this chipotle. I rather have a walmart salad. So disappointed. Worst chipotle ever. Who TF just put 2 piece of meat in there food. Paid $10 for Nothing. Don’t recommend going there anymore.
