I love Sushi City. It is one of my favorite restaurants. I love the new kids eat free, which means we will be coming more often the shrimp tempura and the samurai roll are my favorite but everything is awesome and there is so much to choose from!

As a local resident, my wife and I often dine at this restaurant, which we consider the best spot for sushi in town. The quality of the food relative to the price is exceptional. I recommend ordering whatever appeals to you, but be sure you can finish it! I fully support the restaurant’s policy of charging a fee for unfinished food to minimize waste. This approach helps maintain their high-quality offerings at affordable prices. While the service may be a bit slow during busy times, the overall experience is fantastic for anyone craving Asian cuisine.

I travel for work and every time I’m in Chattanooga I eat here. If you’ve never been here, just go. It’s great. Normally at an all-you-can- eat place they skimp on the sushi and go heavy on the rice. Not this place! Every time I’ve been there it is great sushi rolls, great table service and a great price.

Edit: after writing this after thr meal i was thrn up all night in the bathroom with food poisoning , gladni didnt eat more.

While the food itself was good i would of actually liked to of eaten more of it
Something was going on inbetween the waitress taking our tickets and the kitchen making it. It felt like the kitchen deicided what they felt like making off of our order as we were constantly waiting on items and every time the waitress came back and asked if we needed anything we’d say, the items we ordered.
There was only 2 other tables in the entire restaurant besides us and they didnt seem to be ordering anything (or were struggling like we were) and yet food was taking 30 to 40 minutes for simple things like 4 cuts of sashimi.
Another person (not our waitress) would also come and ask what we wanted and then tell us off when we said we hadn’t receieved other items, or had put them on someone elses plate and told us off for combining orders (we hadnt) and was constantly hungry and waiting. Will point out the waitress brought everything that thr kitchen made, all hot food seemed to be made relatively faster and came out but whoever was on rolls and sashimi just didnt want to i guess.
It got to the point where we were given our check and still hadnt received the last 2 rolls our kids ordered (teens) amd the waitress started getting rude with us. She kept telling us she was new so we were patient with her but she asked essentially why we were still waiting and we said we still hadnt received the food we put in and she demanded where and started pulling out the tickets and demanding my kid tell her what was missing and that she’d given the kitchen everything but we’d get parts of the orders . One of of group left to go out and smoke as they had finished eating and i guess that irritated her and asked what her problem was and again insisted shes new and doing her best and we agreed but we just wanted our food. I personally didnt order any more because it took 40 minutes from the last order for the other items to come out so i felt I’d be waiting even longer for mine
So the food itself is decent but holy heck was we there for ages and really got nothing for it. Mad we didnt go to our usual sushi place where at least I would of had fast service and a filling meal for the same price

This was actually so good I came here twice. I think for a high-quality Sushi that’s all you can eat this is the best place to go to. None of the fish quality was bad and everything came pretty fast once you ordered it.
I don’t love that if you want to order sushi me it cost 50 cents each per piece. That’s my only complaint. All the waitresses their lovely and they want to help you. Also if you have food allergies there more than willing to substitute things out of the rolls to make more options available to you. Id 100% come here again.

Hello, I’ve been to this restaurant dozens of times. It’s usually really good for the price I’ve had an issue a handful of times I don’t eat fish or meat. My food has been served with both fish and meat a few times but nbd. I came in on Wednesday both my and the person I came with food were messed up when it came back and it was remade there were still fish eggs on it. After it already being remade, I decided I wasn’t going to eat there. I said I’d pay for my two lunch buffets, but I was not going to pay for the sushi that I could not eat because of the fish eggs. I was told I had to pay for what I didn’t eat. We went back-and-forth. I was told I was given a discount and was charged two dinner buffets instead. I had two lunch buffets. I’m not sure how that could be considered a discount. Back-and-forth back-and-forth, I was still charged more than what it should’ve been for two lunch buffets that I didn’t eat. Neither of us ate. I believe that there was a language barrier we weren’t getting anywhere it wasn’t fair that I needed to pay for food that couldn’t be Eaten. I was told call I called them I did I was told They would call me call back. I called the next day. They told me the manager would call me again the manager never did. I called the next day. I was told I would hear back from them. I heard nothing. I left it alone over the weekend because it’s going to be busy. I called today and I was told why did you wait till now ?…. I was a regular I easily spend a grand here a year . I won’t be back

I go here with my family all the time. This place is great, the food and the service is amazing. The staff are always nice, never had problems with them. Especially the young girl with dark curly hair and glasses. It’s also super clean there, the bathrooms are very nice and they take care of the place. We have never had any problems with the food, it’s delicious but a bit pricey. Theres really nothing bad to say about this restaurant, me and my family love it.

You won’t find a better deal for all you can eat sushi anywhere else around! We weren’t expecting much based on the 14.99 price tag, but it was quite nice, certainly a step up from Publix or other store bought sushis. Plus you can try everything that you like. If you get the all you can eat you can also try the soups, salads and other appetizers or even some of the fried rice and noodles. It’s really a great deal for lunch. Service can be a tad slow at times, but if you order enough each time it will usually last you until they come back. The robot server is a very fun and cute addition too. We will definitely return!

Me and my husband love this place! It is our go to date spot! We love the dine in. Food is always fresh, and fast. I personally think they have the best sushi in Chattanooga TN. Our favorite thing to do is get the sushi tray to go. We have a date night at least once a month by getting the sushi tray. It is always ready on time and they give plenty of sauces. 10/10 service and 10/10 food!

Everything we ordered came super quickly and was shockingly fresh. The flavors were super apparent and on point. This place is wayyyy better than I expected: an ideal spot to scratch that sushi itch or grab a quick lunch. I am thoroughly satisfied, and I will definitely be returning!
