Spent nearly $50 on a family meal at Chipotle, and it arrived looking like it survived a tornado. Bowls overturned, sauce spilled everywhere…..absolutely unacceptable. For that price, I expect my food to arrive intact, not in a mess. Seriously disappointing and frustrating. My suggestion to the readers is, if you have an ounce of creativity, create your own chipotle at home!

I dont wanna always feel like im being cheated out of my money when I come to this business. I dont like the fact that the portions are always different and
so is the price when ordering the same thing. I get a bowl and I have to get double meat just to have a decent amount. It’s getting common now I see for them to give you the least unless you say something. I work hard for my money and wont spend at business that disrespect customers.

This location has fallen short too many times unfortunately. The quality of food is poor. My order was missing the extra queso I paid for, my vinaigrette for my salad, and they gave a bag of chips that was a quarter filled. Very disappointing paying almost $40 for 2 burrito bowls AND giving a tip for an online order.. Do yourself a favor and go to the West Bend location for better quality control and service.

Hands down my favorite Chipotle around the Milwaukee area!! The staff and food are consistently excellent and the atmosphere inside is warm and inviting. There is only the house music playing and not something else blasting in the back area as well . Keep up the good work!!!

One of my fav places my family likes to eat at…but this time Mother’s Day weekend had a bad experience at this location. Ordered it in store for pick up. I was disappointed at how my order was packed. Very impatient staff, did not pause to hear how I wanted it. And worst of all, was literally “dumping” the food without respect onto the bowl! And the tightly rolled tortillas, were dry and tough. The pic speaks for itself. Just not appetizing at-all. To top it, the quantity seemed lesser than usual. When asked, the staff unfriendly about it. They argued. Me talking through all this with a friendly smile, didn’t seem to make any difference anyway!

To-go orders are left on the back burner. They only care about the people coming to the counter to order. I saw my to-go order just sit on their prep area for 20mins before they bagged it. Need to train their staff to give the same amount of care as they do for the walk in orders. Qudoba is right down the road and they don’t charge extra for guac and queso. Will not be coming back.

Now I know staffing has impacted many things in regards to quantity and time management and I am totally okay and understanding of that but when you serve guacamole that has turned brown due to it not being fresh that’s just a quality issue which is a controllable. Very disappointed with quality. Will give another chance on a different day.

The few times I have ordered online my order has been wrong and/or sloppy. This last time I ordered a simple chicken bowl with guac, corn and cheese. I ended up getting a bowl with the works, a cheese quesadilla, and rice. I’m not sure how the service can be so terrible. The side of the bag clearly said my name, pick up time and order. Never ordering from here again.

That how much freaking meat i got. I order a half and half and they didn’t even put chicken in it. Not once not twice but 3rd time. I am done with this chipotle. I rather have a walmart salad. So disappointed. Worst chipotle ever. Who TF just put 2 piece of meat in there food. Paid $10 for Nothing. Don’t recommend going there anymore.
