Nice new Chipotle where we just moved, there was a huge line when we walked in but it moved fast and we got our food in no time. Service was great and the people working there seemed genuinely happy to be there. Great to see since that doesn’t seem to be the norm these days.

Online ordering is terrible with Chipotle. Why is it so hard to follow directions. Everything thing we ordered was wrong. No chips, and I paid for chips. My son ordered a bowl and wanted the tomato salsa but got corn instead. My daughter wanted black beans but received pinto instead. This has been the second time ordering online with Chipotle from two different locations. Union and Burlington locations. Never again.

Easily the worst Chipotle around for many reasons. They immensely skimp on the portions. Pickup orders are never ready. The pickup lane is a 20 min wait and the attendants are rude on arrival with no apologies when they still don’t have the food ready. When we finally do get a meal in our hands, the chips are old and unsalted, guacamole is brown and tasteless, and the rest is ice cold. And for the love of all that is good, please turn off whatever is beeping every half second!!! I live in Union and happily drive all the way to the Dream Street Chipotle for a meal and I am NEVER disappointed! Get it together!

I use to live near the Hebron chipotle and loves their food. I’ve since moved to union and this location is terrible. Food has zero flavor, the meat is always cold and the rice is almost always dried out. Also please stop getting a scoop of chicken and shaking it off till there’s almost nothing left and call that a portion. Come on…. Look at your prices now
