When you get what you order the food is good. When they first opened we loved this place, but in the last months we haven’t received one order that was correct. Ordered the pretzel Knots and they came without seasoning and no sauce, next time we ordered for take out. Was told order would be ready in 55 minutes. We showed up 60 minutes after the order and they hadn’t started to order. I should have cancelled but figured it would be ready soon. Another hour later the order finally is ready, and now they are out of the cheese sauce that is supposed to come with the garlic knots. Latest order and last time we order from them, 6/25. Ordered Large pizza, fries and knots. Knots came partially seasoned and again, NO cheese sauce and the fries had not seasoning. So we called and they couldn’t tell me why but reluctantly said they would send their delivery driver back out. Then received a call 5 minutes later saying they were out of cheese sauce again. When we get the food in a reasonable amount of time and the order is right and fully prepared its good. But I’m tired of hoping the order will be correct. Would rather eat Domino’s where at least the order will be correct.

The wings were actually pretty good. Not mind blowing or unique but good enough to order again and they had some solid blue cheese. The pizza was decent for my own taste. Toppings were pretty light (Especially for the price…) The staff was friendly and they delivered in a timely fashion. I would order again, but nearly $60 for 2 pizzas and an order of wings (This was apparently with a special they were doing) is just crazy expensive. For the price I would rather go out for something a bit nicer.

After tasting the best pizza in PV, we have come back multiple times and the food has been consistent and very tasty. From what we were told, the pizzas, meatballs, meatloaf, sauces, pastas, bread, desserts and just about everything is made from scratch. But it does taste like grandma’s cooking. For the quality of the food, good service , not being over priced and compared to other pizza restaurants in the area, I give them 5 stars.

I have read such good things about the place but the reviews were WRONG. we Got a take out of a pizza and wing special for $28 the pizza was a Large 5 topping pizza and 12 wings. The pizza was beyond terrible dry, no Real sauce and the crust bubbled up so much that the toppings slid towards the center so the first quarter to 1/3 part of the pizza from the crust in was bare. The pizza crust tasted like a weird cardboard flavor and the toppings were almost none existent. There was supposed to be five toppings you couldn’t even make out if half the toppings are on the pizza because it was such small pieces spread out so far you couldn’t tell the difference between the toppings and even though the topping slid to center it had no flavor at all.. And for the price totally not worth it. I would never ever step foot in there again not even if someone offered me free food

Service was very poor, one waitress who apologized for everything, but was seriously spacey.

Great pizza, awesome portions, locally owned and operated. Came with the family for lunch and got a 10 inch Buffalo Chicken, 10 inch pepperoni, spaghetti w/ meatballs and cheese pizza slices for the kids. Everything was great, service was great, coming here next the instead of ordering from the chain places.

Best pizza place by far in Prescott valley.. the chicken bacon ranch pizza is amazing. They do mess up the orders more than they should but the food is delicious it doesn’t matter. Oh yeah best boneless wings in this town too!

Me and my family ordered a few pizza’s for a get together and i informed them that my nephew was severally allergic to garlic. We had to take him to the emergency room because he was unable to breath and as it turned out his throat was swollen up from an allergic reaction to garlic. After calling to complain about the incident they simply replied that it was not their problem. A close friend of mine refuses to work for this company due to its job practices and he has around 5 years pizza experience. If you have any close relatives with severe food allergies i cannot stress enough stay away from Mama’s Artisan Pizzaria .

This was my first and last trip. After reading reviews saying they are best in town I ordered two lg pizzas. One margherita, one the works. They said hand or deep dish I req deep dish. Ok, so for those not from AZ, deep dish here is really hand tossed, and hand tossed is thin. The crust was maybe 1/4″ thick. Ok, so I can easily overlook something like that. What I cannot overlook is $40 for two extremely bland and terrible pizzas. The dough is bland — Just tastes like yeast and not at all interested in eating the crust. The magherita…it really needs that fresh basil its missing. Its more tollerable after i added fresh basil, garlic, and some balsamic glaze for some flavor. There was zero flavor — no garlic flavor no spices, just nothing. The works, even with all the toppings it was bland and the sauce was so overly acidic that I started to feel the burn before I finished 1 piece and I am not sensitive to that. Although the toppings were fresh, I only ate two pieces and couldnt force myself to eat anymore. I tried to have cold and heated up pieces in the morning, and I even added spices. All I can say is you would do better with Dominos. The best pizza in town is worth the drive to Chino @ Aroma Pizza. I could never recommend this place.
