I have been to many Chipotle this one is definitely the worst. Every single table inside is dirty. We had to sit outside. The portions are way to small then the young lady when we asked for more lettuce and guacamole became belligerent. The soda station is dirty and appears nobody cleaned it all day. Never will I ever come back to this location.

Every time i come and order here i always happen to get burnt chicken, there is never at least a piece of un burnt chicken, and these guys happen to never have cheese or lettuce. i recommend to save your time and head to the Moosic location

The staff were friendly but too busy to be efficient. All the tables were disgustingly dirty, but that’s not uncommon in many of the Chipotle’s I’ve visited. The food quality was a bit substandard compared to other Chipotle’s but that may be due to the need for additional staff.

I paid $13.68 for a burrito bowl that was literally double chicken, rice, cheese, with hot sauce. There was a small amount of lettuce left and I asked for it in my bowl but was told I was not allowed and that it was for salad only. The amount they had would not have made a single salad. They were out of a lot of ingredients actually. The serving size they give is also super skimpy. I’ve been to 2 other locations that gave great portions. I thought maybe it was a one off situation but I now see this location is stingy after trying them a few times. Not only did I overpay for my pathetic bowl but the worker was so rude. Perhaps she was having a bad day but she had a poor attitude from the start. She did not greet us, gave short responses, and acted as if we were a bother to her. I have tried this location a few times but they are consistently awful so we will not be going here any longer.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Came in with family around 11:15 and began to order. My wife was just talking to my son and asked if he wanted a quesadilla and a guy sitting and eating out of nowhere said, “its only an online promo” I asked him if he was the store manager and he stated yes. I explained to him we ordered quesadilla the other day at the rockaway nj store and he said, “no we dont do that, we only have 1 press” We were the only customers in the store at that moment. Meanwhile, the woman making our burrito couldn’t even roll it and then called for someone to come help her, the glass prep station was all dirty and the food trays were not even topped off. It looked sloppy, dirty and left over from night before. As a store manager myself of a big box retailer, the store manager displayed poor customer experience skills and provided a uncomfortable dirty environment for a loyal Chipotle customer. His concern should have been having his store up to standard and not add himself into someone else’s conversation while eating lunch at 11:15 while the store just opened at 10:45. If we did try to order an item that was online promo only but available in others stores then he should accommodate Chipotle’s customers. I ordered 2 chicken burritos and was charged for Al Pastor burritos. I did not find this out until i dug my receipt out of the bottom of the bag. I got 2x more beans than rice. There was an overwhelming amount of cilantro. My total was $26 and change. Ridiculous pricing. This is not including drinks. 2 burritos and queso for both. I was charged $2.90 for queso on the side and $1.70 for queso in the burrito. It was the same scoop of queso but charged differently. I went back in to ask the price difference for the Al pastor and it must’ve been an issue to fix the problem, the guy thought that a bag of chips was going to make me happy. Everytime i go here i pray for a better experience than the last. I prefer not to go here anymore. Couldn’t enjoy my burrito. I feel bad for my son bc he loves chipotle but i am done coming here.

I don’t know why I keep trying to come back here. Not even an exaggeration when I say this is the worst location in the valley. I’ve been to every single one in the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas, and the amount of issues I have at this one is mind boggling. Management needs to be changed which is very sad since this one hasn’t even been open a year. Corporate needs to keep a close eye on this one. Staff couldn’t care less, they are so rude. Asking a question and the response is to turn around and walk away. Out of the last 5 times I’ve been there the food has been incorrect 5 times. I will never go back to this location, do yourself a favor and find a different one.
