From the moment I walked in, the service was outstanding. The individual crafting the burritos was incredibly efficient, ensuring perfect portioning without me having to ask for extra chicken or rice—a refreshing change! The entire food service area was impeccably clean, and the next team member quickly added toppings and sides. Even the cashier was highly attentive, seemingly anticipating my order before I even reached the counter.
It’s clear that the entire team at this location takes pride in their work. And happily, the burrito itself was just as impressive as the service. It was exactly what I look for in a Chipotle: perfectly seasoned meats, generous portions, and a seamless ordering experience. This visit was a flawless “perfect score” experience. I’ve found my new go-to stop for all my future trips to and from the shore, and I highly recommend checking out this particular location.
During the order, he just said he don’t have any white rice and said nothing and never ask me do i want change the brown rice and never said he go back the kitchen and refill the white rice.
Also, I ask for half and half protein but I think there only has couple pieces meat…. And just a couples pieces of vegetables. I just want a normal service and right amount of food… Rude and unprofessional staff, unreasonable amount of food and high price.
I really disappointed to come here… If not the snow storm and there has no store open, I don’t think I will come. In this store at today, only the the cashier is enthusiasm and willing serve the customer. Jeez.. If u don’t like your job and deal with people, don’t work..
There’s only two pieces of onion and they were at the very bottom, this is just a scoop of what was left, with half an avocado on top to fill the cup. It would’ve taken 1 additional minute to at least cut/smash it and mix it in, but that’s a lot to expect from the same people scooping burnt/uncooked rice into my order. I ended up unrolling my burrito and picking out what I could but the carne asada was so dry it was white when I bit into it. It’s extra because it’s a better cut than the steak, it’s supposed to be tender.
+ I ordered via uber eats, my second time taking advantage of a 50% off $15+ promotion and both times got subpar food – Im not sure if they only run this at night or if I just get the push notification when I get off work, but I suspect this is a push to reduce waste. If you’re out of guac at 9 and accept orders until 10, go into the app and 86 the large size, the entire item, or someone has to prep approximately what you’ll need for the rest of the night.
I work at a similar fast-casual restaurant and there’s no excuse for giving customers bad food.
Needs a new crew. Laziest people around. Genuinely terrible service.
