I recently discovered this Chipotle on my drive back from the shore, and it quickly became one of the best I’ve ever visited. The reason? The exceptional staff and food quality.
From the moment I walked in, the service was outstanding. The individual crafting the burritos was incredibly efficient, ensuring perfect portioning without me having to ask for extra chicken or rice—a refreshing change! The entire food service area was impeccably clean, and the next team member quickly added toppings and sides. Even the cashier was highly attentive, seemingly anticipating my order before I even reached the counter.
It’s clear that the entire team at this location takes pride in their work. And happily, the burrito itself was just as impressive as the service. It was exactly what I look for in a Chipotle: perfectly seasoned meats, generous portions, and a seamless ordering experience. This visit was a flawless “perfect score” experience. I’ve found my new go-to stop for all my future trips to and from the shore, and I highly recommend checking out this particular location.

Never come back this place!! After I greeted the guy, then I normally order and the guy just stare at me and never ask me anything like u need any protein or any vegetable during I am order … I don’t understand what’s wrong with this guy.. I am chinese I not sure he is racist or he doesn’t really want to do his job and serve me…. I noticed at least other staff and customer have normal ask and answer.
During the order, he just said he don’t have any white rice and said nothing and never ask me do i want change the brown rice and never said he go back the kitchen and refill the white rice.
Also, I ask for half and half protein but I think there only has couple pieces meat…. And just a couples pieces of vegetables. I just want a normal service and right amount of food… Rude and unprofessional staff, unreasonable amount of food and high price.
I really disappointed to come here… If not the snow storm and there has no store open, I don’t think I will come. In this store at today, only the the cashier is enthusiasm and willing serve the customer. Jeez.. If u don’t like your job and deal with people, don’t work..

Was doctoring up my leftovers from Friday Oct 24 to find out the $7 large Guacamole is literally half an uncut, unseasoned avocado.
There’s only two pieces of onion and they were at the very bottom, this is just a scoop of what was left, with half an avocado on top to fill the cup. It would’ve taken 1 additional minute to at least cut/smash it and mix it in, but that’s a lot to expect from the same people scooping burnt/uncooked rice into my order. I ended up unrolling my burrito and picking out what I could but the carne asada was so dry it was white when I bit into it. It’s extra because it’s a better cut than the steak, it’s supposed to be tender.
+ I ordered via uber eats, my second time taking advantage of a 50% off $15+ promotion and both times got subpar food – Im not sure if they only run this at night or if I just get the push notification when I get off work, but I suspect this is a push to reduce waste. If you’re out of guac at 9 and accept orders until 10, go into the app and 86 the large size, the entire item, or someone has to prep approximately what you’ll need for the rest of the night.
I work at a similar fast-casual restaurant and there’s no excuse for giving customers bad food.

Laziest crew in the entire state. Closes an hour and a half early without notifying and stopping mobile orders, refuses to make more chips or claims there aren’t any with a full rack pre bagged sitting right behind them.
Needs a new crew. Laziest people around. Genuinely terrible service.

Okay so…I order Chipotle on my break from the mobile app right? EVERY time I go in there to pick up my order, they either can’t find the order bc it’s not ready yet, or they give me the COMPLETELY wrong order. Today, I order it looking forward to what I ordered right? No. I go in there to pick up my food and the cashier was just…sitting there on her phone. Everyone else around her is actually doing their job. I say excuse me, I have a pickup order for ____. She looks up from whatever is obviously more important than anything going on around her and gives me a smug look. She goes to the shelf and can’t find the order so she asks someone else that’s preoccupied with something else and asks them. Gets an order and just hands it to me. No words exchanged. Nothing. I say thank you and leave. TELL ME WHY I get back from my drive and it says IN BIG BOLD FONT, “DOORDASH” and then another name that’s not on my order. I would’ve eaten it otherwise, but literally nothing in the doordash order was the same as mine. Don’t get me wrong…I absolutely LOVE Chipotle and their food, but they really have to get better at looking at who they hire.

This is no Red Robin but it is for sure better than that awful Chipotle in Glassboro. Unlike Glassboro this one makes veggies that have flavor. The server knows how to keep a conversation and help me order my burrito. I would 1000% go back here and order everything I ordered again. I recommend the Steak Burrito with Cheese, Queso, Guacamole, Brown Beans, and White Rice. Again Glassboro please reevaluate your whole restaurant and take tips from this one in Deptford.

I ordered from door dash from this Chipotle and I’ll never make that mistake again. I ordered a bowl and a burrito, both with 6+ toppings and look at the pictures. WHAT IS THAT??!? the burrito had no meat and was missing everything except sour cream and beans and rice and they added lettuce that I didn’t even ask for… no meat, no salsa, no corn, no cheese. I had to order from Taco Bell and that order was actually correct which is embarrassing. So unprofessional and poorly managed. Don’t order delivery and if you order pick up, CHECK YOUR FOOD!!!!!

Doordashed from here and got two burrito bowls and they literally sent us half empty bowls. one of the bowls was missing queso and lettuce. Queso costs extra money so that’s a waste. Couldn’t even call back or reorder because they closed. It’s really disappointing and shows how this location is lazy because this never happens at any other chipotle.
