I order delivery through DoorDash. I want to emphasize that this was not the driver’s fault, but in fact the restaurants. The bag has my name on it, but when I opened it, I had another person with the same name as me but different last names order! This is completely unacceptable, and I will never order from this chipotle ever again

Used to be decent here, but this has turned into possibly the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. The last couple times I have ordered, the staff completly (and I mean completely) messed up 90% of the items on the order. And by that I mean the bowls quite literally had nothing that we asked to have on them, and a pile of things we did not ask for. Today, I found what can best be described as a “foreign object” in my guacamole – it was inedible. The restaurant is usually chaotic, with boxes of kitchen supplies stacked up on the tables. Chipotle, you need to fix this location if you want it to survive.

Ordered 45 minutes ahead of time on the app. Had to wait an additional 40 minutes as everyone that kept walking in got they’re food.half of what was asked for was not on the tacos or the burrito we ordered, wasn’t given the queso I paid for because they were out, Wasn’t given a refund for this mess,$30 right into the trash, was a frequent customer going 1-2 times per week. Never again. It’s apparent customer service doesn’t care as they don’t do a thing about this location…

Twice we’ve door dashed Chipotle and twice the order was wrong. I didn’t leave a review the first time because stuff happens. But this time Chipotle took over an hour to prepare it (my door dasher did text that they were busy), however, waiting that long I at least expect my order to be right. We both ordered fajita vegetable on our burritos and neither of us got them. I ordered guacamole and didn’t get it. The add one are too much money for you to keep forgetting them. They also gave us a small order of quest instead of the large that we ordered. The food is great but you need to get it together.

I came here last night, ordered 2 bags of chips only recieved one. I ordered 2 bowls, I go to look at it, and it’s not even halfway filled. DONT come here a WASTE of money the workers are not even capable of scooping rice to fill a bowl. For the price they charge and that’s what I recieve, they should be shut down n out of buisness. i’ll never go back !

I would give the restaurant 0 stars but the lowest option they got is 1. Highly do no recommend eating here. Not only are the team members rude but even the managers. They tried to say I didn’t pay for food that I clearly showed them came out of my Apple Pay. It was an error on their end and even when they figured it out, I received no apology. The team member tried to fight me. I walked out the store and walked back in and the team member and manager were laughing at a paying customer. Never again will I spend my money in this location of business. And I will be getting in touch with corporate.

Just moved to the area so I was excited to try the local chipotle. This location was pretty rough starting in the parking lot. Trash was everywhere on the way into the store. We had to walk over top of multiple chipotle receipts and stickers. Once we got our food home (we ordered online), the portions were so small. Both of our bowls were missing fajita veggies which we ordered. I ordered double chicken on my bowl, and it had the same portion of chicken that my bf’s bowl had which was not double. Frustrating because the double protein is an extra charge so I was expecting to have it on my bowl.

Came here around 8:30pm to pick up food to go. Saw a whole bunch of people waiting for food to be picked up, watching what seems like an understaffed, overly worked, unhappy, working diligently to pack food for people. It made it seem like picking up food in college at 2am takeout dining, instead it was only 9. Not a good experience. Plus food were made under par, seemed rushed. Staff got an attitude when he didn’t understand that I only received cups but not utensils, seems like he’s had enough of this sad job.

Ordered a couple salads on Tuesday 5/23. I did get my delivery in timely manner. However my salad had zero greens not just a little NONE The bowl was extremely light. Never even opened the other salad. So I drove to the store. Where the manager was apologetic. And remade both salads. So after being out 47 dollars which included delivery charge n tip . I asked if they would do something like refund my delivery toss me a burrito coupon. I was told we don’t do that . Then at home we sit to eat and our chips were broken and stale .

We got the completely wrong order (once again). This was a bit of rice SWIMMING in sour cream. It wasn’t mine and it was completely inedible. Disgusting! My husband was livid. When one particular worker makes the food, it’s *always* wrong and/or half a serving. I called 1-800-CHIPOTLE and they gave me a free entree. The Pepper chat was terrible and had only given me a free soda, and that wasn’t acceptable.
