Had their Munchwrap with braised lamb and Butter Chicken Curry. Curry on point, spice level medium spot on for the American pallete. Munchwrap nails the taco bell crunch wrap texture with elevated Indian flavors. Nice fusion! Would definitely come back 🙂

One of the best Indian fast food restaurant! You’ll meet the owner, Nathan at the counter and his son is the chef. His daughter designed the place. It’s a lovely family affair and you can taste the love in their food.
Traditional food with modern twist on ordering. You can “build it” by choosing burrito, crunch wrap, parathadilla (quesadilla) or grilled sandwich, then pick your protein, and filling (curry, korma, etc). There are traditional curry bowls like tikka masala, street bites like samosas, masala stir fry rice, Mac and cheese, house salad.
We ordered:
-Build it: I got a butter chicken burrito. It’s a regular tortilla filled with cheese, tomatoes, onion, rice, lettuce, chicken masala. I liked that the tortilla was thin to be able to taste the filling. It was delicious. It was so big that I split 3 meals out of it.
-chicken tikka masala curry bowl: Finally a place the loves up to their spice level. We asked for level hot and it was legit hot! Very flavorful with lots of spice. Came with Paratha which is similar to naan but thinner and made with a mix of white and brown flour.
-Popadams- crispy lentil crackers
-samosas: 3 pieces, fresh, stuffed with masala potato and pea. Came with tamarind chutney. We also bought cilantro chutney.
We enjoyed everything we tasted. A second location will be opening in Fullerton. Catering options.
Plenty of parking in this lot. It’s next door to Rooster and Rice.

A surprising tasty find in a suburb of LA right off the Hwy. run by a family service was courteous and quick. They have a lot of choices and you can choose spiciness. The Parathadilla butter chicken was good. My wife had the Tava Pulav chicken bowl. Medium spicy was mild for Indians. :-). Masala fries were crispy. Not much searing inside but plenty outside. Bathroom was clean. Parking is easy.

TASTYYYY! I got the Munchwrap, a Butter Paneer burrito, and a side of the massala fries with my boyfriend. Everything was so tasty. The portions are big for the price, I wanted to eat it all, but I got too full haha. The staff is very nice too! They are opening up a new place in Fullerton soon and I’ll have to check it out.

Amazing food, amazing prices, amazing service. What more could you ask for? In a cultural landscape of traditionalism, Maast Indian brings forth modern California-Mexican twists on classically constructed meals. Not only is it innovative, but truly, truly delicious.

I loved the food. It was fresh, tasty and you can customize in multiple ways. We just moved from Michigan and i have tried fusion food at many other places but so far this place is the best. The owner is also super nice. He offered one of his recommended sweet dish – Coconut Kheer to try and omg it was delicious. Will definitely cone back to try other dishes.

Delicious! Lamb Burrito is crazy good, medium spice hits just right
My only criticism is that the pani puri is expensive, and doesn’t taste all that exciting compared the entree items. It was just mint water, chickpeas and some crisps. It didn’t feel like it justified its asking price (10).
Otherwise I will gladly come back for another burrito

Maast Indian Fusion in Irvine is an absolute delight for fusion food lovers! My personal favorite is the Kadhai Paneer Parathadilla – a perfect blend of bold, spicy flavors wrapped in a flaky, crispy paratha. It’s comforting and flavorful, with every bite packed with the essence of traditional Indian spices. The Tandoori Paneer Sandwich is another must-have! The smoky, well-marinated paneer pairs beautifully with the fresh bread and tangy sauces, making it an unforgettable dish. For anyone visiting, these are must-try items that truly showcase the creativity and excellence of Maast’s menu!

I enjoy eating at Maast Indian. A good place for a quick tasty lunch. My favorite are the burritos, and I’ve enjoyed a korma burrito and butter chicken burrito. Service is good and staff is friendly. Another good halal option in the area, and nice that it’s right off the freeway so accessible.
