Picked up for DoorDash and have currently been here for 25 minutes waiting on the order while there are 3 employees here. One of them started making new walk in orders before my dash order. They didn’t have 2 different types of cookies. And didn’t properly seal the bag with the sticker. They didn’t close it at all

I ended up leaving because the lady on duty refused to fix my meatball sub the way I wanted! She kept on & on insisting that I get it her way which she put something on the onions that I didn’t want period! I told her numerous times that I didn’t want the crap that I wanted my meatball sub with basic onions and toasted, but no it had to be her way! It happened a little after 5 pm today 2/18/26! I had planned to buy not just that 12 inch sub combo, but 1 12 inch Subway club, and a 12 inch All American club! She cost Subway the price of 1 sub because I went down the road to the next Subway which is in a truck stop that also has a McDonald’s and I ended up buying 2 subs from Subway note their girl fixed my meatball sub the way I wanted it and went to the McDonald’s and got a burger combo! I understand the lady was old, but when someone tells her that they want their food a certain way she should realize they want it their way not hers!

Clean, fast, and hands down THE best subway sandwich makers in the South. I don’t say that lightly either. We are vegetarian and Subway is our go-to when out of town and in need of something to eat. Most stores make skinny, sad, veggie subs, but not this one. They understand the assignment when you say “load ’em up with all the veggies”. Ms. Evian is a treasure. God bless that woman and everyone working hard at this location.

manager walked by moments ago and said, “if people wanna wait 30 minutes for a sandwich, thats their problem.” instead of chipping in to help her only active employee during lunch. I understand its busy and they’re short-staffed but its like she wanted us to go somewhere else and was broadcast that to the 6-8 people in the line.

May 5, 2025 I came to this location to grab some food. I was greeted by JJ. She made every effort to make sure that I was happy with my order. Which I was. The location is very clean. The sandwich is excellent.

Had 2 online App Orders Total of 4 subs. App said would be ready by 6:10pm. Walked into subway at 6:09pm there were 4 people ahead of me and they got 1 sub each. Only 1 young lady running the store . Long Story short, subs were good but incorrect,service was friendly but took 57 minutes to get 4 sandwiches. Very dissapointed with the time it took

We got there at 8:00 pm. I’m not sure what time they are supposed to close but it says they close at 12:00 am online. The only lady that was working was sitting at a table with I assume her boyfriend. It took her about 5 min to finally get up and offer to help us. She took as long as she could to make our food just to be spiteful. Like would stop in the middle of making it, go to the back for few minutes then come back. The worst part was her attitude. She was rude and hateful to us. We got our sandwich and set down. She immediately went back to the table with her boyfriend. Another family walk in and she is even more hateful to them.

Visited on 10/15 at 12pm. Quite possibly the worst subway experience I have ever had. The woman working behind the counter was incredibly rude and unsanitary. I watched her make several online orders and ring people up without ever changing her gloves. I didn’t get a fresh set of gloves when she made my sandwich. I almost said something to her, but she was very aggressive and rude and I was worried her reaction. As I paid for my sandwich, I watched other customers leave and yell about her being “dirty” (unsanitary) for
not changing her gloves. This lady needs to go!
