They gave someone who can’t have meat & dairy at the same time due to religious reasons a burrito with chicken and some unknown dairy substance (Didn’t appear to be queso or sour cream, Not sure what it was), They also forgot her chips and drink and then not to mention this bowl which was thrown in the trash… Disappointed. Had higher expectations for this location.

My work lunch rice bowl was filled with pieces of a paper bag called the restaurant and the GM told me to return to the store for a refund and once I arrived I was told there isn’t a way to process a refund until the next manger arrives 3 hours later. I just told them forget it, terrible customer service.

We went on the “soft opening”. The kids were all lined up and ready to go. The food was delicious, the service was great, and the portions were fantastic. I will definitely be going back for that delicious burrito bowl! Lets give them a chance, people. They have JUST opened! (P.S. – there’s a girl named Grace who has the best smile!).

All the staff were super friendly! Nice and clean! They JUST opened and you can tell these employees are trying hard! My food came out great. When they forgot my sons chips and were told a young girl helped us out and She was so apologetic and sweet! So far we are loving chipotle in town!

Went too late in the day, things didn’t look fresh. This location is very newly open and maybe working out some kinks. My burrito was built very weirdly, and fell apart immediately. They offer no Spanish to rice at all, when I asked about cilantro it was in both white and brown to rice (they looked the same). The manager said they had some without cilantro at all. It was just plain rice, no salt, nothing. Every employee looked, well … miserable. I hope it gets better, folks around here were excited it was opening.

So Happy Chipotle opened in Fairhaven! beautiful new clean store and AMAZING staff, so friendly!! Food was fantastic, all fresh and great serving sizes!! Can’t wait to visit again!!

Food was great, staff was blah. For a newly opened restaurant you would think the staff would be on their A game but sadly that’s not the case. No urgency when the line built up and one of the staff members seemed to be under the influence of something which was causing it to back up. The Manager did nothing but keep on making chips in the back.

I was so excited for the new location and was NOT disappointed! The food tasted so fresh and delicious, the staff were courteous and friendly, and I could not believe how well they did considering it’s a brand new location with a brand new staff. There was a young employee named Grace that went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and really made us feel like we were a priority. We will definitely be back.

I love love LOVE chipotle ! I know all of us were so excited about the fairhaven opening, I ordered online for this location and when I went to go pick it up for 730 there was nothing there, now I don’t mind waiting at all, mistakes happen…so a girl remakes my bowl but I’ve never seen a bowl this little with their toppings, the bowl looked like if there was a kids bowl this would be it. I was surprised bc I have never seen someone ever make a bowl at chipotle that small along with my order not being ready, they did put a burrito in there for the inconvenience but that burrito looked so sad and smoothed with meat falling out. I will try this location again in some time when quirks are figured out but will be going to fall river location for now!
