My son has been wanting to try Chipotle. We decided to grab him some while shopping in the area. Very fast, very friendly, and food was very fresh! Parking was a breeze. They even have a mobile drive up window. Very convenient. We will try that next time. The burrito wrap was enormous, a bit pricy but would say it’s worth it.

As a former employee at chipotle , this is hands down the worst chipotle ever. The managers / employees simply have no clue what they’re doing, and what they do would get you fired at any other location. Slow service, never enough food due to a bad cook, can’t even prepare fajitas by lunch, managers stressed/can’t handle a simple line, not to mention the food they’re making is subpar anyways. If I were you, I wouldn’t even waste my time with this place, absolutely needs a revamp and new staff to be anything decent. COMPLETE RIP-OFF.

I had the best experience at the Hanover Chipotle curtesy of Manager Jordan and his team. My car battery died during a middle of a severe storm with a tornado a few miles down the road just an hour before the restaurant closed. The employees assured me I could stay inside with them until I could get home safely. Jordan even braved the storm to successfully jumpstart my car. Please give them all your business! Such kind humans!

Tried a new burrito Bowl today instead of my usual chicken got the barbacoa, got black beans in it instead of pinto and it seemed a little spicier than usual I don’t know what they put but it was kinda too spicy. Barely any shredded cheese or sour cream in there The Black beans really ruined it……. Was going to complain to grubhub but they just offer to have it remade and it takes even longer for them to come out again with a new order. Very frustrating for $22 Annoying

Locked out of restaurant at 9 PM. Ordered online from the parking lot because they were still making online orders (there were still people eating inside who motioned for us to go through the back ‘Exit’ door, but they were then told to stop by people in their group). For both bowls: wrong type of rice, no tomato salsa, small amount of lettuce in large pieces. They were out of queso that we ordered, but that was understandable because it was close to closing.

Horrible every time. They never get your order right don’t waste your time. I got a steak bowl with no steak. Called (no answer) showed up promised he would remake it. I got back to work not without guac and an upside down bowl that was still not accurate. They told me to use the app to get a refund and the app told me it couldn’t process the request save your $15 and go to Qdoba

What is up with this location. Possibly the worst chipotle I’ve been to. We ordered online on Thursday 3/23 at 615 and at 9 PM they canceled our order after we had already called chipotles customer service number and they refunded us and said the food would still come. Then our delivery driver showed up and waited as they locked others out and the time kept ticking longer and longer. This is the second time this has happened. Terrible management and terrible staff.

I can’t do this location anymore. Like others, I saw the reviews and still decided to go. This is the 3rd time I have gone there and gotten undercooked rice! Today I waited in line for 15minutes waiting on rice and asked the rude girl if it was done because of my prior experience. She gave me an attitude and said yes. The rice looked white and not fully cooked so I asked to try it before I ordered. She put, or slammed, some in a bowl and slid it to me. I tried it and sure enough it was undercooked and hard. Who runs this place? While everyone was waiting on rice some employees could have been replenishing other food that was low or cleaning. This place has gone so downhill its a shame. I used to love chipotle.
