You’re most likely reading this for the same reason I’m writing it. And if not, consider this your warning.
I’ve given this place far too many chances simply because it’s convenient, but I’m done. The quality here is consistently abysmal.
There’s been multiple cases where I have not received what I have ordered. The first incident that should’ve been my last, as seen pictured below, was supposed to be a quesadilla but turned out to be a 2 bite miniature burrito with a meager amount of chicken and cheese inside. Today I received a bowl that was only half full.
Beyond the pathetic portions, the cleanliness is equally appalling. The trash cans are always overflowing, and the tables are perpetually dirty. It’s clear that basic standards aren’t being maintained here.
Given what Chipotle charges, this is completely unacceptable. The lack of portion control, quality standards, and basic hygiene at this location is embarrassing, (Let alone the slim chance the person at the register will be able to speak English)
Save yourself the frustration and go across the street to Cava and get twice the amount of food for the price.

Will not be coming back here. Had no issues in the past but this time the bowls had half portions, missing the fajita veggies, never got the queso that was ordered and was given spoons instead of forks. Tried to call to speak to a manager and was given a voice recording that said “you can email us if you have issues”.

Very disappointed with the service. The food portions have gotten much smaller, especially the lettuce—definitely not like before. It’s unacceptable. I recommend going to the Hingham location instead of Hanover, unless someone in Hanover can step up and improve the service. Also, my online order was delivered late to my home

Wow I never knew how bad the reviews were for this place until I checked! The portions are terrible honestly, I barely got any rice or beans in my bowl. The girl working the drive through lane didn’t say one word to my boyfriend when we picked up our food, she was just totally silent the whole time. She was laughing with some guy before opening the window to hand us our bag though. ♀️ Totally rude and mannerless.

Every time we go to this chipotle, they are always out of sour cream and salad dressing and I have a feeling that it is just in the back and they are just too lazy to go back there and get it everyone there who is working has such a bad attitude and the guacamole always has a dark green tint like it has been sitting there for a while they also are always out of the sautéed veggies everyone there just is very low morale and not very happy I usually never review on places, but I will drive an extra 15 minutes to go to the Hingham location rather than going here I will not be giving this place. Another shot. I will drive to the Hingham location.

The food was good, seems to have no leadership. Very disorganized and filthy. Ever been to a restaurant as dirty as this. Trash over flowing, no straws, and every seating area was filthy. Food tasted good though, but a lot of the toppings were dried up and old, we did not get though.

This experience was an absolute masterclass in how not to run a restaurant. The Hanover Chipotle had no lettuce, sour cream, guac, pico, lids, or forks. Staff was rude and visibly annoyed the entire time. Tables were dirty everywhere. If you’re out of food, utensils, and can’t clean the place, just close for the day.

Awful service. These people don’t know what they’re even serving. I asked for kid quesadilla and the worker didn’t know how many tortilla to go with that and seemed confused on what else comes with order. I asked for two since that’s what the kids taco comes with. Also they were obviously mad at me. Then they tried to charge me additional $5 for a $5 kids meal lol ♀️ ♀️ what kind of customer service is this
