Decided to have brunch with my friends for Valentine’s Day after seeing it tictok. Our server who was also the bartender Kali i think is her name was awesome! The drinks…10/10!! I had the chicken and waffles and it was ok. The chicken needs some seasoning and should be a wing and not tenders and it was cold but it was a busy day. Will go back for dinner. Oh I did get the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake and AMAZING!

Everything was AMAZING! It’s been over 10 years since I had eaten here and it was fully worth it to come here again after all this time! The food was bursting with flavor and the portions were just right! The menu had such a wide variety of options to choose from, that it was almost overwhelming, in a good way. My waitress was also the best, helping to navigate the menu, giving suggestions, and helping me to narrow down my choices and finally order because I couldnt make up my mind from having so many delicious possibilities! I will be returning here!

Cheesecake Factory is one of our “ole reliable” choices when traveling. Typically we make reservations since it tends to be busy especially on weekends but our wait was just 15 minutes on a Saturday. We were seated in what felt like a separate room with a circular shape with mostly booths (yay – we love booths) and great views of the outdoors. Our server Brandon knew both the drink and food menu really well and gave solid recommendations. Our choices ended up being the Chicken and Shrimp Gumbo, Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, the traditional Cheeseburger and the Crispy Chicken sandwich. The blue cheese with the chicken sandwich was surprisingly good. Everything was great but the Gumbo had exceptional flavor and seasoning (and wasn’t too salty). The Strawberry lemonade was good, not too sweet…perfect. As usual they did not have dark beer, stouts or bocks available so our backup plan was a Model Especial (not dark but the best beer option). Before refilling our son’s Strawberry lemonade, Brandon asked if it was ok – not all servers are this self-aware. We ordered cheesecake to-go which was delivered by a food runner. When Brandon returned to the table he peaked into the to-go bag to make sure that the right cheesecake was delivered. 5 stars to you Brandon!

– Consistently good food. The Chicken and Shrimp Gumbo was amazing
– As expected, the cheesecake is GREAT

– This one is subjective since we love dark beers but it would be great if they added at least one stout or bock to the drink menu

We come here every time we are in Omaha. The food, beverage, dessert, and company is always divine! My hubby likes the bacon cheeseburger and I love Shelia’s avocado salad. A good key-lime pie is hard to beat! Did tell you the coffee us out of this world as well!

Best cheesecake you will ever have! The food is good too, but there has been price increases making the food less affordable for what it is. The portions are large though so sharing a meal is possible. There is usually a wait as well so reservations are a must!

Excellent food! Great atmosphere. Very professional staff and service. Kind and friendly from the manager to the bartender to the service staff. Clean and nice. Cool design! A little pricey maybe but well worth the food and service. I’d rather pay more for more than what I get in some restaurants. Highly recommend!

Went here for the first time tonight and it was fantastic. Michelle was my server she was wonderful. She recommended the Louisiana pasta and she was spot on. Of course I had a slice or cheesecake. Chose the Lemon Raspberry. Wonderful. Will definitely be back and hope to have Michelle again.

Burger, chicken, salad, and two pasta dishes, I tasted were all quite mediocre and on the dry side. The quantity was there without a lot of flavor quality. The photos and descriptions in the menu/book are creative and mouth watering, but our most recent experience was a lot of bland. Almost all franchise restaurants seem to have shifted to cheaper, lower quality ingredients and methods by now deserving 2-4 stars. Some people are fine with mediocre, but I prefer to only give 5 stars always, and have been avoiding bigger franchise food chains more and more in recent years, but sometimes others get to pick the place.
Not many beer choices here.
Whoever thinks small tables and big booths is the best design, only has profit/the guests money in mind.
I don’t like a cramped booth with a party of 6! Bad concept in the summer, and worse during coat season. There’s always people that need to use the restroom before everyone is finished and ready to leave. No coat hooks to be found. I should dock another star for this ridiculousness. Also the only way staff can reach and take the unneeded dirty dishes out of the way is if diners do the work by stacking and passing everything out to the edge so the people on the end can share their limited table space with dirty dishes until removed.
