The food here was absolutely delicious! The soup was a bit on the sour side, but it actually paired really well with the bamboo shoots and still tasted great. Although the restaurant is supposed to close at 8:30, we went in around 8:15 and had no trouble ordering. It’s really close to AMC, so it’s the perfect spot to fill up before catching a movie. Super satisfying and definitely recommend!

Truly a hidden gem!!!
Once I discovered this restaurant, i went back to eat there a few days later.
There are so many dishes that I can’t wait to try.
The mapo tofu is numbingly addictive.
The cabbage & pork dish was perfect in it’s simplicity, while the pork belly with preserved veggies and steamed buns was a nice little treat.
The service is fast and the wait staff are friendly and attentive.
The interior of the restaurant is really cute with chinese fortunes on the wall and nice floral scrolls.

The restaurant offers a wide range of spicy dishes which are famous for being flavorful. The price is great compared to other Hunan cuisine restaurants and portion is generous.

Incredible flavor and reasonable prices for the portions. This is my go-to place when I want to eat something comforting. My favorites are the braised beef combination flaming pot and the sautéed string beans with sausage with a side of rice! This is usually enough for me and another person to share—plus, we have enough left to take home. I don’t think there are many places that come close to this flavor.
