The food was fine, but I couldn’t help feeling uncomfortable while I ate. The server who brought my friend and I our drinks muttered too much and I couldn’t understand him, and it made interactions awkward. I distracted myself with the food, but it was hard to tell what was what because some of the name cards for the food were missing. The food seemed to be just thrown out there without much care, and the service was terrible. There aren’t any ice cream cones for the soft serve ice cream either, which is a staple thing for buffets to do. Probably the most disruptive thing about my meal was the fact that one of the other workers was sitting at a table, eating the food, and watching some show on his phone. The volume was cranked pretty high and it was very annoying. I know the restaurant was relatively empty, but I felt unvalued as a customer. I didn’t feel the experience was worth the money I payed, and the tip I left reflects my feelings towards the restaurant. Wouldn’t come back if there was a gun to my head. Worst buffet in Eau Claire.

I love this buffet! I lived down the road for over 2 years and the owners would wave to us as I walked my service dog behind the building. The workers are all very friendly and the food is always fresh. Like all buffets there are a few food choice differences between dinner and lunch, but surprisingly I found their Lunch to be better 🙂

This was my go to place for a good meal at a good price, but lately (the last 4 visits over about 3 months) the server will take your first dirty plate (acctually clean, I waste nothing) and refill your drink once then just disappear for the rest of my stay. They are not at all busy they just don’t care. Well if they expect any tip you’d better make some effort in the process. I have always enjoyed the selection (small by some standards) of food and it’s quality along with the price, but the service has fallen off to the point that my money can be better spent elsewhere. One shouldn’t have to sit there with 2-3 plates in front of them and an empty glass sucking away at melted ice while the same person that initially waited on you sits back and plays with his phone ignoring you in the process. I’m through. This place is not worth my time and money any longer.

This used to be one of our go to places. We have not been happy the last few time we have been there. They do not have lemons for tea or are very stingy with them when they do. Many items were not very hot and there isn’t ever a change in options. They do have really good crab rangoons and mai fun. Staff not always on top of removing plates or refilling beverages.

Their food are fresh and the workers are kind. Food reminds me of what my parents make at home. I will definitely come back. Not expensive either! The mocha cake (maybe is what it is) is a must try for desert!

My friends and I go here to often…we are always greeted with great service and the staff is always quick to clean up our empty plates and refill our drinks. Very clean too. The only thing I have is there is always a lack of fried chicken wings. We all enjoy the wings but there isn’t enough for all of us to get some and other customers aswell.

Not horrible but not great either. The fried foods tasted like they were using old oil. The chicken dishes had good sauce but the chicken itself was tough dark meat. I won’t be returning.

I got my favorite everywhere else, moo goo gai pan, my usual place is closed on Monday and I was really wanting some. The 2 pieces of chicken was overly dry, there was barely any flavorless sauce to help it. The veggies we’re not cooked enough, and the bowl I received was 75% filled with fried rice, which I don’t like, because they use the old white rice, and chicken on a stick to make fried rice the next day… I didn’t even eat this concoction. I did not get the buffet that is also there. I got this as take out.

This little place is a great Chinese buffet. Don’t let their size fool you, they have a good variety of well prepared foods. Price is very reasonable. Buffet is always kept full. They even offer a takeout option where you can fill up a to go box for a very reasonable price.
