Ordered a 5 meat Italian sub and received a sub with meatballs on it instead. They probably just saw Italian and assumed it was for a meatball sub. Contacted Subway support to file a formal complaint and was told I would be contacted within a few days. After a few days I get a email saying that the issue was resolved but I was never contacted by management nor did I receive any compensation or credit back on my Subway account. There is another Subway about the same distance from my residence that I will go to from now on because this one is a joke. Don’t eat here.

Terrible customer service… refused a coupon… which is fine but had an attitude for no reason and said “who’s going to give you a free 6″ sub” lol good luck getting business with that attitude. You understand customers pay the bills right ? Save the trip and go to broad ST. They accept coupons and will give you free subs if that’s what the coupon is. Food is way fresher also 🙂

I had a fantastic experience at the Subway on Main Street in Reynoldsburg! The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, ensuring my order was prepared exactly the way I wanted. This subway is awful. I literally got banned for stealing an ounce of water. Basically, me and my friends are eating at little Caesar’s and I’m thirsty and little Caesar’s doesn’t have fountain beverages so I go to Subway to get some water. They say it cost $.79 so I’m about to leave, but then this girl in line says she’ll pay for my water. I go back to Little Caesars with my water and my brother says he wants some so I go back into Subway and get him a straw and refill like an ounce of water while I’m there thinking nothing of it. I’ll go back in a little Caesars and continue eating my food. A few minutes later, the manager of Subway storms in the little Caesars starts to berating me for scamming her and stealing her water, which is probably like a penny I literally refill my soda at other fast food places that and literally they do not care at all. Anyway she says that I can’t just steal stuff from Subway and that my parents just give me money to buy stuff she is under the notion that I refilled my water cup with soda instead of water. I literally show her my cup to prove that I refilled with water which she ignores, and later I find out that she took a picture of me on the security cameras and posted a picture of me on the wall that said banned from Subway is awful. I would give it a zero star review if I could.

Honestly this subway seems to be falling off …. You literally feel like you’re begging for ingredients when you go. Like if I say I want spinach… Why are you laying it out leaf by leaf so that there’s 6 pieces on the sub.. I don’t understand that. I got a salad the other day and I don’t eat iceberg lettuce….. So I asked them to make it with spinach…. Why did i say “more” 6x over the spinach! Why am I begging you?! It makes me so uncomfortable and I always tip and I’m always nice (mind you, it’s subway so tipping is unnecessary). If I spent 14 dollars on JUST my sandwich, I want what I asked for! And now they’re hiding ingredients behind a huge metal barrier. I hope they go belly up

Whenever I go inside this subway to order I don’t have any issues, Ofcourse that’s because you’re there making sure they put the things on your sandwich that you specifically ask for. However, when Ive ordered online and picked up my order the food is ALWAYS wrong. Tonight made the 4th incident were all 4 of my sandwiches had the wrong things on them and my cookies were wrong. I dont understand, the receipt on my to go order is correct but everything is wrong when me and family get home to eat. Please do a better job! Follow what’s printed from the online order, avoid shorcuts because it’s starting to affect the quality of this subway. Someone could be allergic to a specific ingredient and thats why they choose not to add it to their sandwich! This is completely unacceptable and preventable. I also order 4 chocolate chip cookies! Instead they gave me 4 random cookies? Thats not what I ordered I DONT UNDERSTAND THE CONFUSION.
