Spotless. Clean open kitchen. Employees act like they are nothing less than owners of the operation. They answer every question and make sure your order is made to your exact desire and taste. Really amazing service. I think having a wide open kitchen and sushi bar is ultra-important. The food is fantastic, with nothing but the freshest, quality ingredients. Other kosher restaurants can learn a LOT from this establishment. This is a HIGH-volume restaurant and its menu is extensive. I’ve been coming to CB since they were in Aventura, once upon a time. It’s worth the 29-mile drive down to eat here. You can’t go wrong with this place. Their food is consistent, always straight out of the wok onto your table. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Take care of the employees, they are really over-the-top in their care and diligence.

Good food at a modest price. I had the Beef and Mushroom Duo and vegetable temak. it was so good. probably the best fried rice I’ve had. My wife ordered sweet and sour chicken, much better than other places. You get a ton of food for the price.
