The place was beyond thilthy. I didn’t want to touch anything. We went In for the play area and lunch but huge kids were in there and sitting down looking at their phone. My grandkids were unable to play. They were scared to go in it. We took our lunch and went home. I wont stop there again. I mentioned it to a worker and she did nothing. Apple slices tasted like chemicals, kids would not eat them. Waste of time and money.!

It’s a good McDonald’s if you ask me. I did not go inside so I cannot comment on the building or service but the drive through people were quick and polite! The food I got was really good to. Fries, a chicken sandwich, some chicken nuggets and two burgers was all I got and all of it was great, no problems once so ever! Once more it’s a good McDonald’s, one I could see myself going to again.

It took me an hour at the drive thru to get to the pick up window! This is the slowest fast food place I’ve ever been to. There seems to be no urgency with the employees. The longer the lines the slower they are. Their doors are always closed hours before the schedule closed time on their store hours. I would give negative ratings if I can. DO NOT go here during busy hours unless you’re willing to wait forever!

This place has obvious staffing issues, but the staff they do have are great, work very hard to get the orders out, and are always friendly. I feel bad for them as they are obviously under a lot of stress.

Ordered in drive thru. I got the wrong order, when I called the person answered the phone was super friendly but when I returned to exchange for the right food the women at the counter was rude and impatient. No greeting just “what’s wrong with your food” said with attitude and when I asked for ketchup told me they didn’t have any out and walked away.

It was the day after the 4th of July. I was exhausted from the three day celebration. Meaning the heat, parade, fireworks, boat parade. Boating. I was driving all night. McDonald’s for my son and I have always been fast easy. This time. Repeating my order three times. The lady was rude and impatient. When paying for my food. Another girl same attitude. Grabbing my debit card. Stating I was drunk . No it was long hours of driving. of celebration.. boating parades three different days, late night fireworks, the heat , just exhausting. Really doesn’t matter what situation. It was very unprofessional. I know a lot of places have a hard time keeping employees but that was probably the worse experience I have ever had.

Went thru drive thru today. Got our 2 lg sodas and 1 med soda. Dumped into our car. By the girl at window she said sorry. Next girl said they didn’t have any wipes to help clean up. Then we got our meal was supose to be 2 quarter pound meals 1 hamb. We got chicken sandwiches with 1 burger. Called to tell them. NOT happy with managers respond. …. we went thru drive thru for a reason. Not to come back because you screwed up everything! Very terrible service.

Usually coming to mcdonald’s there has been no problem, but just earlier today I have decided to go to mcdonald’s and order with my family. As we are ordering we needed a separate order and at the end of my order I have told the worker who has taken my order that we need a separate order, when I told her she gave the worst attitude that could be and stated “really, why would you tell me that now. Now I have to go into your order and redo everything”. I have had experience in mcdonald’s and know how to work the kiosks so I know that redoing the order for a second order to happen is incorrect. We do not know the persons name but only know that she had freckles, glasses, and reddish hair.

Used drive through..they were quicker than most. They got my diet soda correct, which doesn’t happen at a lot of McDonalds. Would be nice to bring back grilled chicken…does not have any healthy options.

These are the freshest most delicious and crispy chicken nuggets that I’ve ever eaten in my life and it is 2 in the morning. Southside for the win. I’m going to remove one-star because they don’t serve ice cream after midnight but at least they’re 24 hrs.
