Upon entering we were met with several looks from servers, but no greeting. It took the hostess a minute to welcome us and seat us. While taking us to our table, she mentioned a couple of times that Chili’s had upped their prices again and “wanted us to know”. Our server was pretty great! He was quick, friendly and helpful. We placed our meals with no issues and the food was delicious. My husband ordered a beer and it was completely flat and he asked for a different kind, same thing. The restaurant and restrooms were clean and well maintained. Overall, not a bad experience.

Love to eat at chili’s. My husband and I always get the sliders and fries and we split the meal. (not big eaters anymore since we are now older) It was the perfect amount! My husband got a beer and I got a free lemonade and the bill was under $20. Never have to wait long to get a table or waitress and they are aiming to please!❤️

We didn’t have a good experience. My husband ordered the crab bake. He said there was little to no crab and it was REALLY salty. The server referred him to the manager. He came over and explained that the crab bake has shredded crab mixed in with the cheese. He said he would tell corporate, but I seriously had my doubts about that. So much for a seafood dish in a Tex-Mex place. People reading this, please don’t waste your money on this dish; it’s not worth it.

Seriously, I don’t know why we keep giving Chili’s a chance. Where to even begin. With the chips and salsa, I suppose. There were nine of us and they put two long tables together into a huge square. We ordered the bottomless chips and salsa and they brought out one bowl of chips and one bowl of salsa. We mentioned it to the runner who brought it but nothing was done. We mentioned it to our server. Nothing. Finally the manager helped carry beverages and we asked him about the chips. Suddenly they brought out two more bowls, so that all of us might enjoy some chips and salsa. And we did. Their chips and salsa are yummy.

The service is always decent. The attentiveness is good as well. The quality of the food is definitely good and always prepared to the dumbness requested. My children love this place. It’s actually cheaper to take your family out for a nice sit down dinner, then ordering from DoorDash and getting some fast food. it’s not just about the food. It’s about the experience while I understand. This is not a Michelin star restaurant, nor some incredibly unforgettable environmental experience. It’s still better than scarfing fast food at the house make the most of your money time and experience.

I am surprised. Been a while since I ate at chili’s, but they had 3 for deal on the menu. Two kids meals, two 3 for deals, plus upgrade to marg for 3.49 and one trio app upgrade for 3.49. Ended up spending 50 bucks with tip. Where can you get a good meal and be super full for 50 bucks for a family for 4? Team was very attentive and made sure we were good through out the meal.

I ordered just a simple burger with fries , the fries were so salty I only ate a couple and when I told the manager walking around I got told it’s the new company standard, seriously? The burger was supposed to be med. rare it was well done and in pieces also spoke to the manager to which he replied I’m sorry and walked away, my daughter makes better burgers on a grill then this place

Ordered takeout…. Asked for extra limes, Manger drops them in bar sink, and still puts them in my bag. Get home, steak is beef jearky (ordered medium), street corn looks like it was last weeks, and everything was cold. Super disappointed in a place we usually love.
