Got in took my order just fine. Wait 30 min for food when I only get 30 min for lunch I can’t do. I was refunded but I had a single cheese burger cheese fry and a side salad. And didn’t have my fry or cheese so I just returned the food as my lunch time was over and had no time to eat.

Went through the drive thru tried ordering for my family of 5. The lady sounded annoyed when I tried correcting her because she kept messing up my order 3 times. I was very polite trying to explain to her the screen wasn’t reading right still. When I got to the window I was greeted by girl who was also super rude when I asked her to read back my order. I then asked her for a printed out receipt she once again was rude and said “yeah that’s what I’m doing for you” well I can’t see what she’s doing on the screen from my car. She then told me to pull to the right no thanks for coming nothing.

The place was not very clean, and the staff completely messed up our order. I’ve only been to Culver’s once before in Michigan, and it was good. I was disappointed with this visit. My fiancé ordered a shake, and it was served to him melted. It just wasn’t that great.

I don’t have a Culver’s very close to me so stopped here on my way back from Eureka. All the hype about the fish sandwich had me excited, hand dipped and fried to a perfect crunch. NOT!! My fish was under cooked, the batter between the outside and the fish was gooey and the bun disintegrated from the tarter sauce. It was a mess I’ll never order again. The fries were very good however.

Pretty awesome food for drive thru. Always where we go when someone is in or getting out of hospital. Daily frozen custard specials with a different flavor everyday. Always gets out orders correctly!
