Pay directly at the table. If you need assistance server will help. But these are becoming more prevalent in most businesses. Greeted upon entering. Seated promptly in the bar area. Nice corner table. Wait staff friendly and helpful. We ordered the three for me and shared the bacon burger, fries, chips and salsa. They have new holiday margaritas so we tried the boo ghost flavor. Chilli’s had great food and a great value price. We spent a total of 22 dollars for our meal as we were sharing and that included the six dollar mixed drink. We did a ten dollar tip as our server was so friendly and accommodating.

Ordered online. Ordered a chicken fajitas and omg i got raw onions and peppers felt like they threw them in and took them out i cant eat raw onion gross!! Ive never dealt with this from chillies one of my favorite restaurants. This was a disappointment for myself. Chicken had barely any flavor and peppers along with onions weren’t not cooked. Usually they are crispy and a little burnt gives off a little flavor but no. None the less the time to pick up the or was 15 mins faster then intended and well the food showed for it. A real cook would want to take the extra steps not be in a hurry next time. “If it was you how would like it kindof thing” none the less I swear looks like almost a whole onion thrown in. Insane. Please do better, food not cheap and eating out already is a luxury. And chillies been known for nothing but amazing food!

I am not wanting to normally eat at this restaurant!! However, I took some of my employees here for lunch, The experience Two are surprise was absolutely amazing, Everything from the fun, energetic waiter, all the way down to the extremely hilarious Waitris. They made our experience absolutely wonderful. The food was warm and was prepared in a timely manner. We would absolutely come back here

I haven’t been to Chili’s in years and I don’t know why!
We arrived and it was quite busy, waited for about 20 mins to get seated and it was totally worth it. Our server was Mallory and she was stellar. Got our order in right away, always kept us updated with the status of our food and always checked in on us.
Burger and fries were delicious!!! Get the 3 for me deal and you won’t regret it

My husband stopped by tonight after the father-daughter dance to take our daughter to dinner. When he arrived around 8:10, he noticed several open tables and a few servers talking near the front. He was told there would be about an hour wait, which surprised him given the number of open tables.
We completely understand that there are often factors guests don’t see — staffing sections, kitchen capacity, reservations, etc. — but from the outside it was a little confusing. If there was a reason for the wait despite the open tables, we’d just appreciate a little clarification.
We were really hoping to make the night extra special for our daughter, so it was just a bit disappointing in the moment. And we were told you don’t take reservations. I did call.

I ordered the 3 for me and was pleasantly surprised how filling it was. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich,minus the bread w/a side of asparagus and a mini salad. All very fresh. My server Maki was super attentive and didn’t miss a beat! I’ll be back.

Love the appetizers, the giant mozarella sticks and sliders were wonderful. The full burger on the other hand was lacking. We asked for well done burgers and they were almost still a raw pink in the middle and we didnt notice until we were half way through (we should have checked first but got engrossed in the game on the TVs). May return in thr future but only for the appetizers going forward. Oh also their dessert, I think it was a reeses pie, was good just very dense and rich which I loved but my boyfriend was not a fan of it.

Upon entering we were met with several looks from servers, but no greeting. It took the hostess a minute to welcome us and seat us. While taking us to our table, she mentioned a couple of times that Chili’s had upped their prices again and “wanted us to know”. Our server was pretty great! He was quick, friendly and helpful. We placed our meals with no issues and the food was delicious. My husband ordered a beer and it was completely flat and he asked for a different kind, same thing. The restaurant and restrooms were clean and well maintained. Overall, not a bad experience.

The staff here was AMAZING. Genie our waitress and management helped to take care of us and our special needs daughter. The food we ordered came out perfectly. The service was amazing and accommodating for us and our special needs daughters wheelchair. As a Veteran, we also got a Veterans discount so that’s a plus Lol. If your in the area and hungry stop on by and ask for Genie. .
