Chili’s is that dependable friend who always shows up with queso and good vibes.

From the moment you walk in, you’re hit with that unmistakable Chili’s energy: sizzling fajitas, upbeat staff, and the comforting realization that you are about to make excellent life choices. The food is consistently on point, hot, fresh, and exactly what you’re craving when you don’t want fancy, you want satisfying.

The burgers are juicy, the fries are dangerously addictive, and the fajitas arrive like a tabletop fireworks show. And let’s not ignore the true MVP: the chips and salsa. They should honestly sell that by the gallon.

Service is fast, friendly, and never makes you feel rushed. Whether it’s a quick lunch, a family dinner, or a late-night “we deserve this” meal, Chili’s delivers every time.

If comfort food had a fan club, Chili’s would be the president.
Highly recommend when hunger strikes and happiness is non-negotiable.

Great location service was awesome and their sampler was off the hook. Choose 4 to make your own! Great tap and spirit selection also. Would recommend

The Greatest Cheeseburger is NO More. I’ve been a solid fan of their Cheeseburgers for over a year, getting one Every week, by delivery. (I’m disabled, can’t cook and don’t drive.) I was so SO disappointed with my last 2 that I’ve erased all my reviews to complain. The first thing was the Fast Food type of meal container that was undersized. The next bad thing was the truly Stale, burned on the grill, dry, lifeless bun. The worst offense was the machine-made, precisely bun sized and no more than Half Inch thick, piece of dry, tasteless meat that was over-grilled to burnt, with no choice of pink even being possible! I can’t believe they would dare to switch to a machine formed patty that was worse than any of the fast food burgers in the area! My only toppings are usually mustard and pickles, but that’s not enough to hide bad meat. The fries were dry and also tasted and chewed like frozen, not fresh. They threw in a free Coke to try to soften the blow. Taking my $20.00 burger down to a $4.00 grocery store frozen patty with a stale bun, that’s a real crime. Don’t think we haven’t noticed that the delivery employees (from Uber)don’t speak English and even though I put Directions in Spanish, they add about 15 minutes to my receipt and now with the cardboard box, there’s nothing to keep the order from drying out and getting cold. Sorry, Chef! I have the feeling you also got replaced!

Our waiter and the two young men helping him with our refills and bringing food out were wonderful. You can tell they like working here, they seem so happy and that makes me happy to see this in the service industry. Our waiter is in the second picture (I couldn’t remember his name) Well done.

After a long day of traveling, my kids and I stopped here to grab a bite to eat. I received a coupon for a free kid’s meal that expired soon, so that really influenced my decision to choose Chili’s on this visit.

After walking in, we were promptly greeted and seated. Sam was our server, and she was fantastic! She was very welcoming, friendly, attentive, and checked in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. Our food was delivered to the table quickly; everything was hot, fresh and delicious.

If we ever find ourselves in Highlands Ranch again, we will definitely pop by.

Highly recommended!

Giving 5⭐ – Mostly for the great customer service, from opening doors, great bar staff & even though my medium rare, was well done. Had lowered expectations, yet when asked was honest & the managers was there within minutes to apologize & try to rectify even though I wasn’t asking for anything.

Food was mediocre. The queso with beef was old, not fresh. Steak was bland. My son loved the cheese quesadilla, and my wife liked her chicken salad.

Y’all. The only things edible from this pickup order were the chips and salsa. And Coke Zero. The fries, as you can see, were petrified and the burger was mangled. The cup of chili was stale and salty. Never again will I do takeout. Chili’s is barely passable when you dine in, let alone when you show up early for your to go…

We should’ve left as soon as we got there. This was Sunday at about 2:45 pm. Not busy, about 5 other tables seated. Stood at the front for at least 5 minutes before the bartender noticed us. The host and a server walked right past us, no acknowledgment at all, even though they both looked right at us. I don’t blame them, I blame obvious poor management. After being seated, we noticed that the manager had been sitting at a bar table the entire time. Our appetizer was delivered fast, chips and salsa. We got a whole plate of crumbled up chips. When the main meal was delivered we immediately noticed the mandarin oranges in a kids meal were frozen and inedible. We got fries as a replacement. My salad was also inedible. It had so much dressing and the avocado was brown. I’d much rather they tell me they’re out of avocados, then be served trash (the picture is exactly how it looked as soon as it hit the table). Manager finally noticed the staff needed some help and got up and bussed a few tables. Walked past our table 5 times, never asked how we were doing or anything. I finally had enough and let the bartender know that this was a terrible experience and another manager was apologetic, he probably just got there. The bartender was nice and attentive and said he had been having problems with the kitchen all day. Again, a sign of poor management. Maybe if the manager who had been sitting at the bar cared about the quality of food and service, he would have corrected the problem and kept an eye on what was coming out of his kitchen. My real concern was that if the staff doesn’t care about the appearance and temperature of food, are people getting sick? Are cooks cleaning, washing their hands, following any kind of standard?? My guess is not. We’ve had many great experiences at other Chili’s locations, but I can assure you that we will never return to this one.
