Usually our go-to place. Dirty dishes, food was OK. I could drink the mashed potatoes through a straw, they were very runny. Our waitress didn’t do much, luckily the other staff took care of us. The other waitress even came over after I tried flagging our waitress down. We decided to order dessert to go.

After a long day of traveling, my kids and I stopped here to grab a bite to eat. I received a coupon for a free kid’s meal that expired soon, so that really influenced my decision to choose Chili’s on this visit.

We should’ve left as soon as we got there. This was Sunday at about 2:45 pm. Not busy, about 5 other tables seated. Stood at the front for at least 5 minutes before the bartender noticed us. The host and a server walked right past us, no acknowledgment at all, even though they both looked right at us. I don’t blame them, I blame obvious poor management. After being seated, we noticed that the manager had been sitting at a bar table the entire time. Our appetizer was delivered fast, chips and salsa. We got a whole plate of crumbled up chips. When the main meal was delivered we immediately noticed the mandarin oranges in a kids meal were frozen and inedible. We got fries as a replacement. My salad was also inedible. It had so much dressing and the avocado was brown. I’d much rather they tell me they’re out of avocados, then be served trash (the picture is exactly how it looked as soon as it hit the table). Manager finally noticed the staff needed some help and got up and bussed a few tables. Walked past our table 5 times, never asked how we were doing or anything. I finally had enough and let the bartender know that this was a terrible experience and another manager was apologetic, he probably just got there. The bartender was nice and attentive and said he had been having problems with the kitchen all day. Again, a sign of poor management. Maybe if the manager who had been sitting at the bar cared about the quality of food and service, he would have corrected the problem and kept an eye on what was coming out of his kitchen. My real concern was that if the staff doesn’t care about the appearance and temperature of food, are people getting sick? Are cooks cleaning, washing their hands, following any kind of standard?? My guess is not. We’ve had many great experiences at other Chili’s locations, but I can assure you that we will never return to this one.

Jacob was our server/bartender and Evie was the hostess when we came to eat an early dinner. Let me just say WOW!!! Exceptional service, super polite staff, great manners, very attentive, very very quick service. Food was delicious and be on our expectation. Everything was exactly what we asked for and they made our two year old son enjoy his experience as well. I would recommend this place to everybody looking for a genre of food and amazing service from Amazing People! Thank you for keeping your standards high and giving us an amazing experience.

Everything went wrong. Our water came with lettuce in it, then the server never replaced it. The rice in 2 of our dishes was undercooked and crunchy. The ranch and blue cheese that came with the wings was like jelly. The wings tasted so bad we couldn’t get past 1 wing. A manager came over and replaced the rice with more of the same, bad rice. He had a bad attitude too. Then our waiter either got fired mid shift or decided to go home. We never saw him again. Nothing was comped. I didn’t have high expectations but this was bad even for a corporate chain place.

Our server was very nice to start. Then while in the middle of taking our order he asked us to hold on and took another tables order. Very rude and disrespectful. After that our order came out wrong and when we asked to have it fixed we were thrown an attitude lol. That’s when we asked for the manager. Will never come here again for lunch.

Terrible experience at Chili’s. Food was pretty terrible. Street corn was burnt, chips were beaming with grease and sent them back. Spanish rice was inedible including beans that were dry. Was very disappointed. Waitress tried to correct mistakes but it didn’t get any better.

I took my children last night because they love the salsa and chips. But all of the other food was just subpar, as you would expect I guess from a chain restaurant. We went there a few months ago and they missed the entire order up so I was thinking that it would be better in this visit, but it wasn’t really. It was just OK. My meal was not good and it was the wrong meal that was brought to me in the beginning. So they did change it out, but it was still not the best! Nothing big to report.

My boyfriend and I came here 8/2 at 8 pm. We sat at the bar top and ordered a beer each. We’ve been to this location probably 8-10x and we usually have the young male bartender. Tonight it was a 30/40s female bartender that we’ve had one or two other times whose service doesn’t even compare to the other guy.
