Ordered a deep dish with sausage it was very filling with a thick crust. Sauce was mild and sausage was lightly spiced. Cheese was plentiful and generous. One slice was enough two was very filling. A good pizza.

undercooked limp
wet crust when i picked up the pizza slice it was limp and the toppings just fell off.and even the crust fell apart , $45 for a 14” pizza it was a thin crust with pepperoni sausage and a slice of green pepper (no tomatoes) in my picture . I called the restaurant to let them know, something i never do, and when i asked if i could bring it back for a re-make because i couldn’t even pick up the slice and the crust was wet, I was told they use fresh tomatoes and that i didn’t request a extra crispy crust, and i was asked if I wanted to pay for another one!? Seriously!? a good crust should be able to hold the toppings pizza 101 …. it was like pulling teeth, from the lady with dark black hair with lots of grey, over the phone , there was a lot of silent moments because she wasn’t budging at 1st , that made it awkward and not the best experience. I did get a remake eventually and said no tomato’s this time. and it was still a limp pizza…that you couldn’t pick up…. had to eat it with fork i’ve never had a bad experience before. But today was not so good.

Visiting from out of state. Lots of deep dish options here, my local family opts for Rosati’s. We order pepperoni and I can’t get enough. Seriously, you can get this everyday here!? They have specific reasons for coming here over other local options. This Chicago pizza experience is special.

I ordered a pizza with Italian beef and giardiniera. Light tomato sauce. simple right? I received a pizza with a lot of sauce and an excesive amounts of hot peppers. ZERO Italian Beef on the entire pizza! Mind blown and Filed a complaint with doordash and had to get a refund and I will NEVER order from here again. Dont go here.

Hadn’t had Rosati’s in a while. Figured I would try it again. Big disappointment, pizza was bottom of the barrel in fresh pizzas, little Ceaser’s would have been better than this. Not entirely sure what was most lacking but it would taste on par with a jacks frozen pizza. Bland. I’d recommend the owners taste their pizza often and find out what is going wrong. My wife did a frozen rosati’s pizza she had a few weeks before was better than this. Something obviously wrong in quality control or cooking staff.

I love their veggie pizzas…both the flat bread and regular and we’ve had many combinations. I have a suggestion. If someone comes in, calls in or text an order of garlic knots, please don’t replace or suggest dough knots. Dough knots are not the same as garlic knots. Garlic knots are savory. Dough knots are sweet. Yes, dough is dough and I love carbs but when my taste buds wants savory, I want savory and not sweet. Please. Thank you.

Unfortunately, probably one of the worst pizzas I have had ever. The dough was soft, mushy. The cheese, literally slid off, no texture whatsoever, and looks like the pizza was steamed. I would’ve rather had a pizza from a school Cafeteria, it would’ve been at least flavorful and had some texture. Don’t waste your money.
