Laid-back spot for after work drinks and apps! Elizabeth was a fantastic server! She was sweet, attentive, and did a great job! The manager Juana stopped by our table to check in and was also super kind!

This was my second visit to this Chili’s location, and unfortunately my second bad experience with the same bartender, Brendon.
He was friendly at first, but shortly after it felt like he wanted us to leave. We ended up only ordering an appetizer because the vibe felt off and we didn’t feel comfortable ordering anything more from him.
There was also confusion with the self-pay tablet. He told us we had already paid when we hadn’t. I asked for another drink and he seemed irritated. When we were ready to leave, the tablet still wasn’t set up correctly, and we waited 10–15 minutes while he ignored us. When he finally came over, he told us to use the tablet, but it wasn’t loaded with our bill. After fixing it, he made a rude comment telling us to leave our bad comments on the survey.
Really disappointing experience, especially for the second time.

I love chilis if you’re looking for a quick bar and grill place to eat especially if you’re looking for something somewhat affordable!
I ordered the triple dipper : 2x Nashville Hot MOZZARELLA
1x Nashville hot chicken crispers
My daughter had their kids meal
2 small cheeseburgers with a house salad as a side and a small sprite.
Overall this place is great for a cheaper spot and Good food. They also have great happy hour specials.

Came here last night. Our waitress was very attentive and sweet, and did an excellent job.
Our food came out at a reasonable time, and everything genuinely tasted great.
However, I acquired food poisoning after this meal and had to be taken to urgent care. I’m not entirely sure which food item made me so sick, but I just wanted to make anyone reading aware.

We came here to celebrate my little sister’s birthday, and overall it was just your classic Chili’s experience, reliable, casual, and enjoyable. We had an extremely large party, which can always be a bit tricky at a restaurant, but our server did a really good job managing all of us. They took our orders efficiently, checked in at the right times, and made sure everyone got their food correctly, which was impressive given how many people were at the table.
The vibe of the restaurant is exactly what you expect from Chili’s, casual and laid-back with that familiar chain-restaurant feel. It’s not fancy, but it’s comfortable and welcoming, making it a good spot for family gatherings, birthdays, or just a casual meal out. The decor is fun but understated, with a mix of classic American diner and modern casual dining elements.
As for the food, it was solid and hit the spot. The menu has a wide variety of options, from burgers and sandwiches to Tex-Mex and classic American dishes. Cool sports bar & family restaurant vibe. Service today ways pretty good. I made a mistake of ordering smaller sirloin which turned out to be way much smaller than expected. We also tried the triple fajita. IT wasn’t as big as it seemed on the menu and grilled veggies didn’t seemed grilled enough to have some dark spots today. Also fajita didn’t come with as much of veggies as other fajitas we normally get so we were a bit sad.

My waitress was very nice and attentive. I’m leaving a review solely on the fact that this restaurant allowed a couple to bring their dog to dine in. The dog was sitting on the bench and eating food out of a plate from chilis. All the waitresses and manager, came and said hello to the dog and were petting it. I don’t think dogs should be allowed inside a restaurant, especially being allowed to sit in the customers benches and allowed to lick and eat out of the same plates you feed your customers with.
Update: chilis responded and stated the abide by service animal laws. This was no service animal, the staff came to pet the dog then went on to deliver our food. Secondly the owner of the dog carried the dog in and then placed it on the floor, and on to the booth. The dog didn’t have any vest stating it was a service dog.

Let me start by saying the customer service was amazing, our waiter was really sweet and amazing. He was very helpful and always made sure we were enjoying our time, just above and beyond service! He was also taking care of a neighboring table and he was super sweet and helpful to this couple who had a food mishap near us (It was hard to not overhear); he was very amicable and I thought it was some over and beyond customer service hard to find in the land of Colorado. The Blooming onion we had unfortunately didn’t come in a literal tower but it was still a real treat. The food was really good and I felt at ease knowing that if I had something didn’t come out as I wanted it to, that I
had a more than willing waiter who would try to rectify the situation with as little as problems as possible. I most definitely will be returning to this lovely restaurant!
Update as of 3/14/22: The service was amazing, our waitress was beyond amazing. She made sure our orders were taken in a very timely manner, she was handling numerous orders and she distributed the service evenly with grace. Our food was perfect and prepped as desired. She made sure it drinks stayed filled and anything we asked, she grabbed with no problems at all. It was a wonderful time here and it’s worth every penny!
Updated (4/4/22): Service was still amazing, out waitress was wonderful despite it being pretty busy when we went. I recommend their recently added starter appetizers fried mozzarella. It was delicious with the perfect crunch when you bit into it and the cheese was magnifique! Now the real issue is picking the perfect time to come when it’s not so busy, because it’s just that good!

Then we moved to different table full of food under the table
Ordered chip and salsa first one we got it was cold “the deception on the menu said served warmed” well not really.
Service was nice enough after we let our server know, our server changed it.
Then our main-cord fajita was so so
House salad was served with some old leaves salad and the core of lettuce…..
and it was pretty cold in the restaurant

Our waiter and waitress seemed to be under he influence while serving us, but nonetheless we got our food and in a timely manner. Their eyelids were drooping and they were speaking with slurred and unintuitive intonation.
The area isnt the best but they do well with what they have.
