We had the green chili beef burrito and it was soooo good We couldn’t believe it, it was better than some Mexican restaurants out there. The service was great and the food came out fast. There is something about eating outside under a tree with a nice breeze. It was it first time and it will not be or last, everyone there is so friendly. Already know that the next time I’m definitely trying the pulled pork. Oh yeah can’t forget to tell you that their red salsa is .

This is the greasiest flavorless brisket quesadilla I have ever had. The 1/2 rack of ribs was nothing to write home about. The brisket sandwich was a greasy mess. The potatoe salad was typical Sysco potato salad, so was the slaw. $70.00 was crazy to much for this food. If you don’t know how to cook smoked BBQ you may enjoy this. But if you know how to cook this was very disappointing. Both sauces had way to vinegar for my liking. When you sit at the BBQ tables you are sitting in dirt.

I give it a 5 stars, however , don’t expect anything fancy. Great stars don’t always have to be fancy. It’s an outdoor place, with no public restrooms, no pets allowed, however , they have some of the best burritos and quesadillas I had. The prices are not high, however, don’t get fulled by the online prices … they need to be updated. It’s an American style restaurant which serves bbq style food. It’s so yummy and worth the line you have to wait in especially on a Saturday . The wait time is not bad so give it a try, you’ll want to return.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for over a year and finally did it. I parked out on the street but once I walked over I realized there was a spot available in the parking lot so I would definitely drive through the parking lot before automatically parking in the dirt next time. I decided to get the 1/2lb PB &j brisket sandwich which was really good so I definitely recommend it (so much delicious meat!!) and I do see myself going back to get it again in the future. I also got a side of potato salad, it was good too and that’s about it, nothing special. The line wasn’t that bad when I got there but a good amount of people showed up after me. Also there was quite a few people already waiting on their food so once you order it does take awhile for them to call your name but I honestly think it was worth the wait. It’s pricey, but it’s definitely tasty!

Any time we are in the vicinity, we drop by Jalapeno Buck’s to grab a burrito. The green chili burrito and the bean & cheese burritos are our favorites! I enjoy a good quality burrito and that’s exactly what I get here. The value is great too. When the weather is great, it’s so nice to sit outside and enjoy the food. We have tried other things here, and all of them were delicious, but we tend to stick with the burritos. Definitely worth it!

Great food! Had the 1/2 rack of ribs which fall off the bone…so tender! Great bbq sauce. Husband had brisket sandwich w cole slaw- super tasty! Chips are light weight and crispy. Delish! Had to take food home bc there are NO public restrooms! Be prepared!

Wonderful BBQ!! First time but will be back for more. Casual vibe, relaxed outdoor seating. Know why this place is so popular even in the heat. Yummy pulled pork-bun was grilled so it was soft and fresh, and loaded with pork! Serving cups of BBQ sauce so you can try all of the varieties.

Usually the food is really good. we took home a pound of brisket for dinner. it was really dry, and greasy, not juicy at all, it was chewy, had to put alot of sauce on it, a big disappointment for the price. it was near the end of the day….maybe we got all that was left.
