I managed to catch Blessings BBQ open for a fundraising event today. They will be open normal hours for the new year from what I understand.

Sweet people, great service & GREAT BBQ. Ribs with the meat falling off the bone, tender and delicious! Light rub/seasoning so you can taste the meat, and some tasty sauce if you want it too. I look forward to making this a regular lunch stop in the future.
I look forward to seeing what they do with the location. A little early for “atmosphere”, but I suspect they will find a way to add a bit of seating in the future.
