Our service was amazing today. Wei, our server never let our drinks run dry. He made sure our food was cooked to perfection. He answered every question. Even though the restaurant was super busy, we never felt rushed and able to enjoy each bite. Our food, desert and especially the drinks were so good.

I had a horrible experience with this location. me and my friend doordashed a 50 dollar order of food. this location gave our food to a falsified doordasher who was a male, meanwhile our doordasher was a woman. so they did not take precautions in checking the phone for authenticity. When we called the chilies the manager on duty basically said he couldn’t help us, was short and rude, and told us basically it wasn’t his problem. never got our food or a refund and are beyond pissed. will definitely tell all of our friends not to go to this location or business in general.

Went in pretty late, but everyone was really nice. Server was really sweet, very fast. Got this cute little Margarita—it was tasty! I think it was their Margarita of the Month.

Service was top notch and was exceptionally fast for a Saturday night with a wait! Our server Ethan was fantastic and checked in often but not too much. Food was great, hot and came out fresh and fast.

Had a group of teenagers go for dinner tonight who came home bragging about the wonderful service they received tonight from a waiter named Trevor. Often teens get overlooked assuming they tip poorly but they went on and on about how attentive he was and how he had made their night memorable and fun. They said the wait crew had great teamwork and that other staff checked on them in passing as well. Great job tonight giving these teens such a great experience.

This location is perfect for when shopping around the area. I have gone on multiple occasions but on this particular one it was 4 of us visiting. We went on a Sat around 3-4pm – surprisingly there was no wait and we were seated pretty quickly. Our server was on point the whole time with our drinks and orders. Our orders were: 1 regular cheeseburger which comes with a side of fries, 1 surf & turf (sirloin), and 1 ultimate smokehouse combo (amazing btw). 3 of us had cokes and 1 of us had a margarita. Our total was just under $100. I unfortunately only have one picture of the food but everyone seemed to enjoy their meals. Will continue to keep visiting this location.

My family and I were getting out, which is a rare occurrence for us. We have a disabled child who received a heart transplant earlier this year and a 3 month old baby. (3 children total) Anyway, the manager Lucas spent time with our family and made our dining experience wonderful. Our server was prompt and we are all leaving smiling. Couldn’t have had a better night out for the holidays. Definitely recommend this location over others.

So I called in an order in my lunch break, simple order ! Soup , I asked for the chicken enchilada soup, no tortilla chips, I should have checked before leaving, but had a short lunch break, I get to work the 1st thing I noticed is the tortilla chips, then I noticed that the so called (bowl ) wasn’t full , look I understand the cost of food is up , but if you are going to charge me almost 8 dollars for a so called bowl of soup. Fill it up don’t be cheap . So I called the store and asked for the manager! I was told he was too busy to answer and for me to call back !
Really , you can’t take my number and call back later . I won’t return to this location or possibly another chillis . I only go for a couple teams on the menu anyway.
I was at the frisco location with me daughter a month ago and was told that they had to thaw out the soup ! Really it’s not home made daily ? Come on chilis .
Even then it’s a favorite of mine and my daughter. Again fill the bowl up and listen to the customer when they ask for no!!!

It was a pleasant experience with no complications. We were promptly shown to our table and found the cuisine to be excellent. Overall, it was a very enjoyable occasion for us. We appreciated the efficient service and the delightful meal. Thank you for a wonderful time.
