I have bone-in wings with honey chili sauce. The sauce is perfect. I like the way it was cooked! However the quality of the chicken wings are not really good. They’re too much fat. With this price, I wasn’t really satisfied with what I have. But it’s fine.

I had a very good cheese steak sandwich. The staff was friendly and I would recommend eating there. The music is a bit loud and made it hard to hear what people are saying. If they turn it down a bit it would be perfect.

Went here with my kids and husband. This is just one of the burgers it’s was cold and son took a bite of it to see this. REDICULAS. My husbands burger was even worse a lot of blood came out and meat wasn’t cooked. The waitress and manager came over to table asked to remake it which she did and we still got charged for my husband’s. I don’t ever complain or write a bad review but sometimes some things aren’t acceptable. I will not ever be back here. I do believe others should know about this place and go at your own risk. The service was very poor. We was overcharged and had to let them know about it which took forever to even come to our table for anything we needed. Bad customer service. Lost faithful customers due to this experience. I don’t know who eats their burgers this way but we like ours done and a the right temperature. When the manager remade my husband cheeseburger he said it’s as if she poured the whole bottle of Salt on it. Lesson learned. Haven’t ever had this type of service or this ever happen.

Had a great experience here at Chili’s! EJ our server was fun and helpful. The food was really good. We had a mishap with an entrée and EJ took care of it quick. The place was clean and it was the end of the night. The location was easy to get to and the parking was good. I know this is pretty standard fair for Chilis but this place was a step up from the rest! I would recommend this Chilis location to anyone wanting a delicious meal and friendly staff.

Good food. Excellent server. Everytime I go I have to sit on Lexie’s section because she checks on you constantly taking very good care of our party and giving us suggestions of the best food. She is very professional at her job. Go see Lexie you will not be disappointed at all!!!

Lexi was a great server. She was professional, kind, and knew the menu to the letter. The new menu is incredible and I love that this place is now (Finally) seafood allergy friendly with only one grilled shrimp item on the menu. The scale back was a great idea. The entire team was cohesive and it set a very pleasant atmosphere. The food was excellent with flawless presentation. I’ve never had any issues at this location but glad to see the minor areas of needing improvement have been addressed and executed perfectlyand with precision. Can’t wait to go back.

We ordered bottomless soup and salad, which we get once a week. The waiter took the order and the food was dropped off. We were ignored for 30 minutes. Sat there with 3 empty drink glasses. When requesting a refill on soup and salad, we were told they don’t have bottomless any more. Waiter walked around the corner, got a menu, and pointed at every word to show me he was right. I had never looked at the menu since this was our normal order. He never said, I can still get them for you, but you will be charged for it. He never allowed us to get beverage Refills. He just totaled out the bill and expected us to pay while he stood there. A little privacy would be appreciated when using a debit card. Won’t return any time soon.

Me and my family went to chilis about 2 weeks ago and will not be back. We were seated at our table, the waitress took our drinks and took 10 minutes to come back and on top of that did not offer to take our order when she finally dropped our drinks off. We waited patiently as she continued to walk back and forth without acknowledging us. We end up leaving, not because of the service but because a rat ran across the floor and under our table and proceed to run into the kitchen. That gave us every reason to leave and not return. To have and physically see a rodent run across the floor with other customers was outrageous and unsanitary.

Service was “ok”. Wasn’t thrilled about having to scan the QR code. When we asked for menus, we were told they can only give us one menu, which made no sense because they gave us three of the reusable “sample type menus”. Zero difference in those two menus, except one trifolds because it has all the menu items, the other doesn’t fold. The food was typical Chili’s good, quality, flavor
