The service is fast and delicious. I’ve ordered to go from here many times and sat down for dinner a few times. Everyone was very nice. My steak was cooked perfectly and it hit the spot.

We had a very bad experience dining in at this Chili’s. Despite the restaurant being mostly empty it still took us 5 minutes of waiting to even be acknowledged and then it took a bit longer for us to be seated. Once we were seated we were given time to look over the menu but our waitress was chatting with her friends and took quite a while to come over. After we ordered we were given our drinks and appetizer. Both of our glasses were filthy and had floating debris in our water. Despite this we weren’t able to send our drinks back until our food came because our waitress was no where to be seen. Once our food was given to us, we had to ask for silverware because none was given to us. We had to ask the lady who brought us our food, who was delivering food to other tables, for dipping sauce because again our waitress wasn’t available. Our food was only okay and was very overpriced for what we received. My quesadilla was mostly empty so unfortunately part of my meal wasn’t even edible. Our waitress stopped by our table and I believe she asked us how things were. I asked her to repeat herself because I didn’t hear exactly what she said and she responded with “Great, if you need anything else just ask.” Again, she immediately left and went to sit down with her friends. At this point we had poor service, mediocre food and just wanted to leave. Despite this we still had to wait for her to finish her conversation with her friends before we were able to check out and leave. Overall it was a very bad experience and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

Bro this food is disgusting, i door dashed and it took OVER 2 HOURS. I got my food FINALLY, and it looks disgusting. I would’ve even feed this to my dogs. Horrible and never again.

We’ve been visiting Chilli’s a bit more recently while we travel and this location did not disappoint. We went on a Sunday afternoon. The staff was super friendly and attentive. The place was clean and the food was good as we usually eat experience. We didn’t wait to be seated or to be served. It’s what we expected and at reasonable prices.

Ordered 2 burgers and eggrolls… nothing was hot…. barely warm, fries were burnt but not warm!!? One burger was placed on the fries… not on the roll that was tossed in the container… ant the other one was again not even warm!!! I tried to get my food when it was supposed to be ready but waited another 5 minutes… I picked up my food and was home within 5 min…

Not handicap accessible— no push buttons for any doors…. Struggle for my pretty agile mom with her walker to even go to bathroom on her own. Food ok but depends when you go- servers always get something wrong and then good luck fixing it.

Our server was great! She was friendly, courteous and efficient! Unfortunately this Chili’s has been steadily going downhill in many ways.. when we arrived the host was not friendly at all, didn’t smile or make eye contact. He appeared to not care at all. Although the food was great and we liked or server the place didn’t seem as clean. I think a strong leader is lacking at this Chilis. They need someone who can come in there and make some positive changes and leadership… Otherwise I don’t see this location lasting very long.
