The food was a miss on appetizers, but hit on entrees. The bread was dry, the dumplings were very small and didn’t taste very good. My daughter loved the calamari though. My chicken sandwich was very appetizing, nice portion of chicken, nice portion of bacon and vegetables on it….side salad was a decent size, saturated in dressing. My husband also enjoyed his chicken fettuccine, just wished there was more chicken. The waitress was very friendly and helpful.

The guy who sneezed then handled my food was not as bothered as I was. He was just laughing and having a jolly good time with the lady charging us. She was not very professional and was more bothered by us asking questions than helpful. It was our first and last time there. No gloves while handling tables, paper, food and other unclean objects. My piece fell off the dish and he just scooped it up and tossed it back in the container.

It’s a chain, and like many other chains, that means the food (depending on what dish you order) is just average. Our Impossible Burger and the Salmon dish proved the point. They were both a little boring and dry. However, the Thai Lettuce Wrap was quite good – especially in presentation. We also tried the Snickers Cheesecake and the Dulce De Leche Cheesecake, and both were only average. IMO the recipe changed over the years. I recall them tasting much better years ago. On a bright note, their menu is extensive. If you can’t find something you’re interested in on their big menu, you’re just not interested in eating! Also on a bright note, our waiter and service was first-rate. Slightly off subject, but a big surprise was the restrooms. Both men’s and ladies’ restrooms were clean and well-looked after. Going forward I think Cheesecake Factory is best when you’re going out to “celebrate” something, not going specifically to dine. They’re great for drinks, decent for food or desserts, and good for groups/fun.

Overall a good experience. We checked in and waited well over an hour while others showed up and got seated way sooner. It was a birthday celebration and we rarely splurge so for us that was not the best experience. Out waitress was nice enough. Some food was amazing and others just okay.

Service was decent. Food was awful. I ordered the Jamaican Black Pepper Shrimp and Chicken. The menu said spicy. There was no flavor or spice. Tasted like store bought chicken tenders that were drowned in Worcestershire Sauce. Then a little critter made its way into my rice.

i recommend to not get the spicy shrimp pasta. spicy?? it’s not and with shrimp i counted 5 this price for this it’s not worth turned out i payed more for grease than shrimp

We door dash Cheesecake Factory ALL the time in Frisco but very rarely sit and eat at one. Went there for father’s day this year. Was very busy (as expected), so we sat at the bar. Extremely disappointed by the service.
