End of last year, my husband, son, and I were at Chick-fil-A when our son suddenly got very sick and started throwing up. We had to step out of line to take care of him, and Matthew, an employee, immediately came to our aid. He brought us antibacterial wipes, a cup for our son, and even a little Chick-fil-A cow stuffed animal to comfort him.
Once our son was feeling better, we returned to place our order, and Matthew and Wyatt personally helped us. When we got our food, they had gifted us little goodies.
Their kindness, attentiveness, and care in a stressful situation turned what could have been a very difficult experience into a truly memorable one. This team embodies exceptional customer service, and we are so grateful for them!

I love coming to this location! Customer service is always the best! Mikey has taken great care of us whenever we dine in! Always has a smile and asking if we need anything. All the other workers are friendly and kind too! We absolutely love it here!

Great atmosphere, virtually no wait time as the flow of customers moved swiftly. This location was well kept and clean as was the play area. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating and checked up with us multiple times and asked if we needed refills or anything else. Kids enjoyed the play area very much.

Five stars! This is personally my favorite chick-fil-a. The workers here are absolutely the nicest people ever. I ordered 5 kids’ meals, a milkshake, and a sandwich. The wait was 10 minutes, so it wasn’t that long for such a big order. The staff felt bad for making me wait, so they gave me 5 brownies as an apology. Again, unessesary but they are just so nice. There was a waiter coming around asking for refills, which was really helpful and saved me the hassle of filling all four drinks back up. My five year old says, “This is the best restaurant ever!”. There is no limit to the sauces, so take what you need.

Last Friday around 530 I went to pick up an order my wife had placed online. Pickup time was for 530. I arrived and my order was done incorrectly and the manager ( I’m assuming ) happened to be near window and seen there was an issue. He then came to the window and told me he would take care of it and reverse the charge ($28). I just want to say Thank You and I appreciate the customer service. Love your spicy chicken salad.

Ordered online: Spicy grilled chicken deluxe, pepper jack cheese, lettuce wrap in place of bun.
I will start with the good, chicken surprisingly had a good light spice kick to it, which I enjoyed. Service was fast and friendly, that was it. Now the bad, wrong cheese, chicken slightly dry, not a full piece of chicken, was half a chicken and small piece to make up, which I suppose I appreciate rather than a half piece of chicken only. Now for the worst part imo, this was the saddest lettuce wrap I have ever seen, 2 limp pieces of
Lettuce, this wasn’t a sandwich at this point. If you’re going to offer lettuce wrap AND charge extra for it at least make it right so you can eat it like a sandwich like other businesses do. I always get lettuce wraps in pace of buns and have never seen one so poorly executed. Take notes from In-N-Out on how to do it correctly.
Probably won’t be back as I don’t eat at Chick-fil-A often but did as it’s the only place quick around that had grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce wrap option.

I got exactly what I asked for, which may have been weird. Sausage, chicken, and egg bowl. Gotta get that protein in! Requested for only ice, but I understand why I was given ice… it’s AZ, duh! Thanks for caring about my level of hydration.

Chick-fil-A’s menu is simple and easy to order, from the nice young man or lady working outside at the drive-thru. BTW – I love their chicken and those waffle fries are top fries for me.
