Come on CFA! We spend a lot of money at the Queen Creek CFA and unfortunately, it’s been going downhill. Orders have been wrong or missing items more frequently. Last night, I went through drive thru and spent almost $60. They forgot the mac and cheese. It defeats the purpose of opting for drive thru when I still have to park and go inside for missing items. I was wet from kayaking and not really dressed for public so I was not too happy. I ordered a medium and large fry. Below is a picture of the large fry. Are you kidding me? So, it’s really a small fry in a large box. No fries had fallen into the bag or had been eaten. Not filling up the fry containers has been happening, but this was the worst I’ve seen it. You’re charging me for a large fry, but I’m not getting what I pay for. We’ve opted to patronize CFA frequently because the service is usually friendly and orders are usually correct…..but that’s not the case lately.

Chick fil a used to be so fast and fresh. Lately the drive thru is a snail pace, people cut in line and their quality has depleted. My salad looks like it sat in my fridge overnight. What a disappointment.

Not good at all, long wait inside and in drive thru. I got the nuggets and received nothing but dry,burnt, and mostly beading no chicken. Dr. Pepper that I got with meal was flat and tasted old.

One of the slowest drive-thru I’ve ever experienced in Chick-fil-A. What is up with this place? Finally reached the window and they seemed confused then sent me to wait even longer at the curbside order space 3. Seems like the recent negative reviews are true.

After watching 2 employees chat for several minutes during the lunch rush, one of them finally decided to take my order. Then I got to the window to find out that they were out of chicken strips and offered nuggets instead. I ended up with five nuggets, to be exact. I didn’t feel that was an even trade for 2 chicken strips. I love Chick-fil-A and eat at various locations at least a couple of times a week. I usually have a good experience, just not this time.

Had a really soggy kale “crunch” salad. Took it back and the second one was the same. Finally had to talk to the manager and they made a fresh one. The salad didn’t have a date on it which seemed weird.

Just sat in drive tru line for 20 minutes . Ordered 2 sausage burrito meals with salsa. Was given 1 salsa. Went inside and wasted another 5 minutes for another salsa. Left and started eating our breakfast to find out one of the burritos was chicken instead of sausage. Called the store to speak to the manager and got voice-mail. Definitely needs to get their act together. Got 6 out of 8 items correct. For what they pay their employees they should be doing way better at getting orders correct. Not the first time I’ve had issues at this location.
