It’s truly unfortunate when previously reputable establishments start to decline in service. I place an online order of about $60 worth of food (which is why I placed it online so that there would be no confusion about the order). When I pulled up to menu to let them know I was picking up and online order, I had to repeat my name (very clearly) 3 different times. Then once I got to the window to speak with a person, she acted like she couldn’t understand anything I said, and all I did was repeat that I was picking up an online order with my name. After I was given my order, I knew I immediately needed to check my bag. That’s when I realized I was missing all of the sauces I requested, a chicken sandwich, and a 24 piece chicken nugget. Those missing items themselves add up to nearly $20. I had went into the store previously before leaving the restaurant after noticing the second chicken sandwich and sauces were all missing. At this point I hadn’t realized the nuggets were also missing. They never informed me at the window that they didn’t have a classic chicken sandwich available or that they were out of the sauces I wanted. After getting my missing sandwich but not any replacement sauces, I left the store and headed home. By the time I get home and take everything out, I realize I’m missing 24 nuggets. I called back up to the store, and the woman I spoke with on the phone was extremely understanding and polite, which I appreciated when though I was not angry but more irritated that an online order wasn’t correct. This location has previously been spectacular, but it has begun to lose its reputation. Very disappointing!

Had superb service from the employees….the tea, chicken and strawberry biscuits were great, but the mashed potatoes n gravy were soupy and they barely covered the bottom of the container. Cajun rice has always been my favorite side dish to order as far back as i can remember eating out ( I was like 5 yrs old,, now 43). I stutter and people who stutter need patient cashiers. I had a coupon and I was trying to explain what pieces of chicken I wanted. Hold up, I know y’all are thinking I take 20 mins to get out one word. Nope, that’s not me AT ALL! But I do get frustrated when you don’t want to listen (due to lack of patience) and decide that you want to put what you feel in my box. You don’t know whether I will check in my car or get to my destination and be highly perturbed. Therefore, so I won’t have to come back in, like I did from the parking lot and get what I asked for and go home & fill out a beautiful survey, just do your job with great customer service.

Ms.Tanisha Davis was the most courteous, friendliness, professional manager that I have EVER encountered at a Popeyes Chicken Restaurant anywhere. She was PHENOMENAL! Her energy was amazing. She was precise and to the point with our food… mind you not I had my daughter and g kids with me making demands on what food they wanted. She was so attentive to all our needs. Businesses need more of A Ms. Tanosha Davis. This is not my first time encountering her, the first time I came in the restaurant she was the exact same. I actually forgot to write a review about the exceptional service I received that day. My food was hot and good. It lived up to my standard. But I could not let today go by without writing about Ms. Tanisha and Ms. JoAnn. Kudos to them both. I will be returning because of these ladies

Thursday evening on my way to work I went to the driver thru and ordered a 2 piece meal. I did not check my bag once I arrived to work I opened my food and saw a 2 piece wing with the smallest leg you could find with a broken bone. I called the store and told the manager and told her I wouldn’t be able to come today I’ll come tomorrow to have my meal replaced. She said I would have to bring the meal back and the receipt. Being that I am hungry I’ll have to eat the two wings and take experence and learn from the bad customer service. Chick-fil-a would never.

The lady serving me was nice. But the customers at this particular location are not very friendly towards fast food workers. Also the food wasnt very fresh and looked like it was made hours ago. Stale luke warm fries and a half stale biscuit. If ur gonna spend $12 on a 4 peice id at least expect it to be decently fresh. Wont be coming back here.

The servers in the drive thru had their underwear mostly showing above their pants. The food looked and tasted old. The servers were very inconsiderate of the elderly as well as impatient. The Popeyes on the North end, around Briarcliff Rd. had better service and fresher tasting food. Most of the make employees on Anvil Block had their underwear showing. Isn’t that a health hazard?
