I love this location! I visit it frequently and never had anything negative happen. Thank you all so much for your hard work making our day easier and quick! I wanted to say that I loved my Cobb salad, it has the greenest lettuce today and it’s so good!

Let’s just face it. Chick-fil-A just knows how to do it. Their food is always spot on and if for some crazy reason it’s not, they will make it right. Their dining room is always clean and they make sure you feel welcome. And their service is absolutely second to none! I would model any business service model after them.
The thing about it is, whatever they’re doing, they empower their employees to make sure you have the best experience possible. There was a worker who stepped in to help a customer who was struggling to place a large order. It wasn’t someone she was currently helping but she must have learned ASL (sign language) at some point in her life and even though she was a little rusty she was able to communicate with this customer and you could see on their face how much that meant.
It’s things like that that will keep me coming back. (Great job Julia! Keep it up! )
It doesn’t hurt that their chicken is screaming, the hot waffle fries with Chick-fil-A sauce hit the spot and chasing it with a soft serve ice cream cone (even when it’s only 20 degrees outside) just makes it all perfect!

I just had a lovely experience at this Chic-fil-a. The service was great and the food literally saved me from beginning my villain arc. As I ate my Spicy Deluxe sandwich I felt peace and love entering my heart and giving me energy to continue the slaya lifestyle that’s chosen me. 5 stars.

The food was great, the staff was very clean and professional, and quick to help. I got the spicy deluxe sandwich and the kiddos got the chicken nuggets kids meal. I really like the place mat they have my kids. It was interactive and I liked how you can pull off the tabs and have it stick to the table so it does not move. I put pictures on to see what it looks like. It also helps entertain the kids.
We walked in and there was a line but it did not take long. Maybe 8 minutes. The tables were very busy but the table turn over rate was pretty quick. The staff was very professional and clean. Great job! I also liked the QR code on the tables is a great idea so people can order at the tables. Great idea, check my pictures for that.
The only feed back I would give would be to fix the chocolate milk lids. Make a spot for a straw or change it to something else that accommodates a straw. Because every time my kids dump their milk all over themselves .

A fantastic experience! I went yesterday with my family for dinner, and by mistake, they gave us two combos that weren’t what I ordered. A staff member very kindly handled our complaint and quickly corrected the order! My compliments to the young woman who helped us and made our evening fabulous with her charisma and helpfulness! I didn’t get her name, but from here, I want to thank her from the bottom of my heart! I was there on Thursday, the 22nd, between 7:30 pm and 8:30 pm. We will definitely be back!!!

Had an amazing time at this location! Food was incredible and fast. Julia was the girl who took our order and she was fantastic! Super sweet and offered other options on the menu to help me decide. Have not had a bad time at this location, they are always on top of their stuff!

My autistic child didn’t like pickles on her sandwich and they did everything they could to make it right but she just wasn’t having it so we had to leave. The manager was super awesome and sent us coupons so we could come back at a later time and we could calm her down.

Wow this place has gone downhill. We used to go regularly but it seems like something changed within the last 6 ish months. New owner? Or maybe they need a new owner if they haven’t gotten one yet. Everything takes longer and we’ve had so many screwed up orders lately.
